You get a copier, and printer that works well. Never used it as a fax machine. It works well over the wireless network and through hp email. If you are looking for a decent printer at a good price this one is it.

I also purchased the Geek Squad support and an HP computer and Robert set everything up for me. Then I ordered the ink. It's great... So much faster than my last one.

The installation process was a huge pain compared to other products that I've used in the past. More often than not it will not print. There's always an error saying that it needs intervention and when it does print, it prints out a week later. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! You get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and get something better! Would I recommend to a friend?? Heck no!

A User Intervention Required message displays on the computer, and the printer does not print. The issue might be caused by a printer error condition, corrupted print jobs, or a weak printer wireless connection. Setting up the manual IP address connection is a more direct method of communicating to the printer. Remember HP Support is always there to fix all your issues. When I updated my computer I did not update my printer right away, I thought that my older printer would be fine. After trying to use my printer I decided that it was just not going to work, it was not compatible with Windows 10. I purchased a Dell4 in 1and it is just wonderful. It is very user friendly.
