This is a great printer, but the start-up instruction manual is THE WORST I have ever seen - including those poorly translated to English. Worst part: no diagram to show the parts of the printer and where the ink, paper goes. I won't go on and on. It just took me a lot of time to set this up.

Researched printer online, went to store, it was on sale. BestBuy offers discount for trading in old printer. Then I received a price match from another store. Wound up being almost free including a 2yr warranty. Very pleased.

I love this printer! It does everything I need for an amazing price. Ink lasts a decent amount of time. I've had it for over 6 months and don't have any complaints about it. I've scanned, copied, printed, etc and everything works great.

Im enjoying my new printer. The only thing I do not like is when I'm getting ready to print from my iPhone XR, I have to go into settings and switch from my home wifi to the printer's wifi and Vice versa. Other than this, I would highly recommend!!

We now own 3 of these HP 3830 printers. The setup is easy, and the onscreen instructions are easy to follow. HP gives you the choice of opting out of the "Instant ink" program. This replaced an overly-complicated Canon MX922 purchased almost 5 years ago.

I really wanted to like this printer and it worked fine in the beginning but now its causing so many unnecessary problems. I have insert and reinsert ink cartridges for them to finally be accepted . Then, after much troubleshooting, I still have problems with it printing out only black and white, when I need it in color or when I choose double sided and it will only print one side; it will do this if I choose both at least one of the previous problems will happen, meaning I can't print anything that is double sided AND color. I wish this would have arose at the time where I could return it, because this is ridiculous and a pain.

So like most people I waited until my old printer died and when I went to bestbuy, i found the best personal printer for 60 bucks and its the laest model which mean i dont have to worry about having an ot of date model. The touch screen is amazing and the way it loads the paper and prints, its perfect.

Purchased this product on sale for my father on Father’s Day. Setup was very easy but the speed wasn’t what I expected. However, for the price, I would say it’s great for someone that doesn’t print that often.

I have owned this printer for a while and it is fantastic. The touch screen and wireless capabilities of it are great. It is bigger than the other printers I have owned. Other than the size of the printer it has been a great pick-up.

So easy to set up and use immediately! No issues what so ever, I did not even have to help it find our network! Just add a password and it was in business! This printer is just what I wanted and I was not even looking for one at the time I found this great buy! Thank you Best Buy!

I am a teacher and I love the instant ink program. When my printer is low they send me ink. This is at a discounted monthly rate. They have different plans for different budgets. This printer is what you expect from a home printer.

Every rime I purchase a new printer, the set up gets easier and easier....this time was no different. The printer was really set up before I was fully aware it was set up...basically did it by itself. Print quality has also been excellent.

The HP - OfficeJet 3830 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer - Black - is lightweight and can be easily transported from one meeting or function with ease. It can be called a one-stop shop printer with all that is needed to get any printing, faxing or copying job done.

Does the job. Only downside is it is a little noisy. Paper feeds in from the back and doesn’t have anything to lean on so after a while it just hangs and the paper then is bend instead of having a nice crisp straight sheet of paper.

I found this to be quite better than some reviews I read about it. Most complain about it being slow to receive the print command, which it was, but after an update came through I re-installed the software, and that all went away. Like the title says, for the money...not bad at all.

Printer is ok but I don't like that the 3 colors are in one cartridge haven't had printer to long but I wonder how long this one cartridge. But I hope printer last longer than the6600 I had. One day I get message that print head is missing or out off align funny cause the last time I had used it it worked. I think it's aHP scam they send error message so it don't work an when u ask for help they tell u u are out of warranty.

What prevents this from being 5 stars is its paper loading. It expands the size of the printer significantly so if you are placing it on a desk expect the devices depth dimensions to have an additional 3 inches.

We purchased this printer online & picked it up at the store. It was not ready when we got there, even though we had a confirmation email to come and pick it up. Got it home and it has been doing a fine job and we only paid about $70.00 for it. The scanner also works very well.

This is the best all around printer/copier I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned a few others by other manufacturers but this one just makes life easier. The ink refills are on the inexpensive side compared to other printers I’ve owned. All around good deal!

I'm 93, so was VERY glad I had a friend who could set up the printer for me. And now that it's working, I'm SO glad to be able to print my OWN documents instead of having to email them to my friend and ask HIM to print them for me!
