Easy setup, cheap price. Printer is slow when printing or scanning, also having trouble programming to print in color. Oveal not too happy with this one.

It's a good printer when you know how to use it and good with technology. I however, am having trouble trying to find a way to utilize the printer, scanner and other ways to use it. I think I didn't set it up correctly

A really great printer at a great sale price. My printer was very old and not reliable. It finally quit working and I couldn't afford to get another at that time. Best Buy advertised the HP3830 for an unbelievable clearance price. It works great!!

Was looking for a hp printer for home use. Was looking for a different hp model but it was not available in store so the sales person asked me some questions about my use and reccomended another one which is what I purchased. I also purchased the ink program which is great.

Great all-in-one device. Set-up was easy, but getting the wireless settings done was a bit of a hassle. Instead of linking the printer to the WiFi and then linking your computer to the WiFi, as well, they should have had a direct link to your computer.

This printer has worked great for our office. We are using it as a dedicated fax machine. It does a great job printing faxes and also prints a confirmation page after faxes go through. The only thing I don't like about it is that the paper catch is kind of cheap/flimsy.

When I got this printer wasn't sure about it at first but soon discovered how awesome it is. It has alot of great features and love the fact that it's digital. It works great definitely will buy another one when I wear this one out.

Bought this to replace my old printer and all I can say is yep its a nice printer and does what it says it will do.. Now refill on ink was still $35 for color and black so they should give away all printers for free

Prints and scans fast. It's been a couple of months and still has original ink cartridges. Only problem, wireless setup clears and have to use USB cable to reset.

This printer is quite big and it takes about 1/2 hour to st up. It was kind of hit and miss in the instructions that came in a few different languages but not english, only picture description. Works well though.

This printer is great. I have used it for months and the original ink is still working. Also the best part is that you could sign up with HP ink auto supply so you don't have to go out and buy ink ever again. Haven't used that services yet. Will update later.

It worked great soon as hooked up print, copy, fax. Then it suddenly (12 days) would not take papers to fax thru the feeder. Called tech support. Could not get it to work so they sent me a new print to exchange! Thanks!

I was very disappointed that the Geek Square did load the software for scanning on my printer when I left it overnight to have programs added to my printer and laptop. I had to spend an hour on the phone with a tech to have the same loaded.

I think you can not go wrong with this multi functional printer, especially for the price. The HP technical support team was very helpful with helping me set up and sync my devices. The instant ink easy replenish service is a real life saver.

This printer was very affordable and has worked well for light home and work use. I wouldn't recommend for heavy printing jobs but great for day to day at the price point. Happy with purchase.

The best thing about this printer is that it is set up to send you ink before you run out. For a small fee every month, you never have to worry about running out of ink again. Great for parents of kids who tell them at midnight they need something printed.

I bought this printer for my sister and me since we are attending an online school during the pandemic. Our teachers require us to print stuff from home and this printer has the option of staying on all day for easy use.

I tried to set this up to print over WiFi, but my laptop never seemed to be able to do so. One hard wired, everything worked well. I am sure Wi-Fi printing is possible, but I just need to tinker with it more.

Love this printer. Does everything I need and more. It’ll satisfy a students needs to a professionals needs. Cheap ink. Only issue I have is sometimes I have to disconnect my WiFi and reconnect it to find the printer wirelessly. But otherwise, great printer.

Found this on sale for replacement of an old HP printer. Connection was easiest by using CD provided (website set up did not go smoothly). Ink prices are now lower than old model printers so in about 2 yrs of ink this printer will pay for itself.
