i purchased this printer for my grandson who is a junior in high school so he wouldn't to travel to our house (which we didn't mind seeing him, but it was costing him more gas) to print something from the internet. Set up was so easy and fast, he even took the time to do it!

I DOES print when so instructed. It is a bit noisy. I find that the instructions for things like multiple page documents are not clear....but can be figured out. While I do not know how long it will last, the price was attractive.

My old printer died on me and so I went to replace it, only to find out how more advanced things have gotten. You can print from any device connected to your Wi-fi. Good picture quality. Like the copying part also. Have not tried the fax yet, but hope that works just as well.

Easy set up but very disappointed with photo printing. I had another HP for 9 years and it was incredible. Wanted a wireless and thought the photo printing would match in quality of old printer. Photos were discolored and had streaks. Even with cleaning and aligning.

This is a good little printer. It does not have a ethernet attachment so you have to connect to it via WiFi or a USB cable. Other than that, it works well and the output is high quality. It's not the fastest; it works well for what we need.

So far good and easy to setup. Started working out of box. Was just looking for my home use for minimal usage. Although my Black ink was over fast than i expected but may be that just because of my use i assume.

I bought it for my dad on Father's Day. He works ot of town most of the time and doesn't have time top make a copy, send a fax or print his paperwork. He loves it and is already recommending it to friends and co-workers.

I purchased this printer because my old one stopped working. Its a great printer, even though it is smaller than the old one I have. If u need a small business printer I would recommend buying this one

I had upgraded to a notebook and my 7 year old multifunction printer/device did not work with my new notebook; so I ended up getting this one. It has been great, the printer, copier and scanner is awesome! Great multifunction device for the price! :)

The package arrived damaged but there was no damage to the printer thankfully! It was very easy to set up and use. I also love the convenience of the HP Printer app.

Product good! But wouldn't work and copy anything. Called the company and had a bad ink cartridge ! They had the nerve to ask me if it was a genuine hp cartridge ? Unm yep it's your genuine one u sent with the product! The said no more and sent a new one.

I’ve bought this for my home office and it’s been great so far. I don’t do heavy printing but do use a couple times a week. So far so good, I like being able to scan multiple pages through the feeder in one file.

I’ve had this printer for a little over a year now, and I’m not a fan. It’s slow. Making a simple black and white copy takes several minutes per page. When I send a document to the printer, sometimes it prints immediately, sometimes it takes a minute or two before it decides to print, other times I have to turn the printer off and restart it to get it to print. I do like the iPhone app that works with this printer, but everything else about it is pretty disappointing.

Best Buy specs included duplex printing - not true. Had to reload drivers three times. Tech support from HP was disappointing. Faded out copies from feeder. Pulls in multiple pages.

It was very easy to order and pick up curb side at Best Buy. It was also very easy to hook my phone and computer up to it so I can now print from either device, Very simple for someone who is not very tech savvy.

Good all in one. Mostly use for WIFI printing. Sometimes WIFI connection to phone gets out of sync so I have to power off and on. Not often. Would purchase again.

The printer just works! And the Instant Ink program from HP worked just fine - was able to get onto the free-tier. Note: The automatic document feeder scans a bit slow, but it works reliably.

it keeps going offline not sure why, even after tech support set it up for me, had to call HP, the set up was very hard, still having issues with it, so far, I think is not that economical in ink either..

Nice print jobs but have not been able to print a photo in color. May be operator error but shouldn’t be so difficult to figure out. Good buy for the money.

I purchased this printer at the recommendation from a Best Buy Salesperson. The Salesperson meant well. This printer just doesn't meet my needs.
