Though a little slow, it makes good copies. Had issues when my laptop was brought downstairs and lost connectivity with this printer. Had to set everything up again, and it took several attempts.

I love this printer so far compared to my old one. It works really well and love the instant ink. I always use to run out of ink and have to run to the store. The instant ink is so convenient I'm glad I purchased this printer.

We love this printer... easy set up and easy use!! You can email your projects to your printer and that is an awesome feature! I can also send her a message on her printer and it prints it out and is there waiting on her when she returns to her room

We needed a new all in one printer for working from home, mostly for scanning and faxing, and this HP Officejet fit nicely. It has a feeder for both functions as well, which is a definite plus. Good value!

Great for everyday printing, although it doesn't automatically print double sided for you, you would have to set it up on some weird thing and even then you still have to manually flip the paper.

This printer connects with no problem and easily prints. It does seem to jam more than I would like and you have to remember when you scan to switch between the glass and feeder depending on what you need.

I had an old printer that finally gave out. I picked this one because of the price. The wifi set up was easy. I don't print to much but works well little jobs, I tried one picture and it wasn't the best but I'm not using it for that

The printer is good for personal use. It prints a good quality for scanned/copy documents. It doesn't have the best quality for photo prints.

This printer is good for beginners, it was easy to install. The only problem I had that this printer broke after a year of use, buy the two years protection plan.

I was looking casually to replace a ten year old HP multi-function printer when I walked into Best Buy to browse head phones. I came across this special sale and could not let it go! I am most please with this printer and all it funcitons!

Prints the pages with good quality but the ink is very expensive and the number of pages its prints are very minimal.

It's a good printer. It's wireless and comes with insta ink. However it doesn't have ethernet connectivity since I don't have wireless internet at work.

So far I have no complaints it's a little complicated when you are setting it up. It prints a little slow but defenitly worth the price if you don't really use a printer. Was trying to use it as a fax machine but still not able to set it up

Prints good, however constantly loses connection with the internet and the only way to reconnect is to unplug the printer and plug it back in.

I made this purchase to facilitate my kids needs as the week to week assignments and projects are required by their school we had an old printer that was given to us by a friend but has totally served its purpose so getting this was a family decision. No regrets

Quick and easy set up. WIFI setup for wireless printing was painless and took less than 5 minutes. Wireless printing is a little slow but the printer is amazing. HP Instant Ink feature is awesome and cheap. Printer orders ink for you.

This is not a fancy printer but it does the trick. Looks like a small copy machine. I like the wireless connections to my PCs and being able to send a print from my iphone.

Good printer. However, it quickly jammed up & kept saying there was a paper jam even when I cleared everything out. Not sure if it was the printer itself or the type of paper I was using for it that caused this.

I am very satisfied with this printer for the purpose that I intended to use it for (i.e. recipes, orders, etc.). The lid is not spring-loaded, so you have to make sure you put it down gently so it doesn't break.

I would have liked a sleeker, smaller model but it wasn’t available. I’m happy with this one. I bought an HP printer specifically because they offer a good deal on their ink cartridge monthly program.
