Nice printer. FYI-impossible to fax from your computer, you can only fax from the printer itself so you need to print what you want to fax and then fax it. Seems like a waste of paper.

The product is good. It does it's job. What I don't like is the fact that papers are loaded at a the top at a slanted angle and sometimes once in awhile I'll get a paper jam just because two papers accidently slipped in instead of one.

I was stuck in the stone age however this printer scanner copier has been great. I love that it is wireless and you can outing from you phone or other wireless devices

You get what you pay for.... and at the low price I should have been more cautious. Changing the ink cartridge is difficult, and you can only load a few pieces of paper in the feeder at a time, and scanning has to be done on the glass. Although it does let you put multiple pages scanned into one pdf file. If you are a low volume user this may be OK, however the low capacity, and difficulty in changing ink cartridge has been somewhat frustrating for me. (recommend looking at ink cartridge installation in display printer... I did and had concerns even then.)

Flawless, works perfect, exceeds expectations! Wifi connection super easy and convenient, printing from my laptop, iPhone or iPad is a breeze!

I got the printer for my wife she runs a little business on the side and it is just for printing out postage so she can mail product out and it works great but what she is using it for

This a pretty good printer. Have had a few problems with it going offline and have had to unplug it to get going again. Cant get the auto feed to work. But don't use it much anyway.

Purchase almost two years ago, was very reliable; however lately cannot print or copy without the printer jamming even though I'm using quality paper and genuine hp ink cartridges.

Very happy with hp products. My last hp printer lasted over 9 years. It actually still works technically but it was time for new. Sleek design, built to last. Great price for all the functionality.

Hp has been my go-to company for printers and computers. This is a good buy. I am glad I caught the sale. The only thing I wish could be bigger is the output try but smaller printer, smaller output tray.

I purchased the HP Officejet 3830 all-in-one printer recently, and have used it a few times. It has worked well for my needs (printing bank statements and other documents, etc.). I don't know yet how well the printer will do over the longer run, but so far it has done well. The printer is lightweight, and easily portable from one location to another. The only difficulty I had was in getting the printer to connect to my modem for wireless printing (which took over 2 hours, while speaking to an HP service tech).

Replaced an older model printer. This does the trick. The only draw back is the paper tray holds very little paper. Have not used every feature yet but it is working great.

Printer was easy to set up. Nice copies when paper feeds, but has trouble recognizing paper in tray and continually gives error message that it is out of paper.

Does this printer make photo quality prints? Haven't tried but I truly doubt it, but this is not why I bought this printer. This printer is performing my minimum daily printing needs with no problems, wireless setup was a breeze.

I am now able to understand the words when watching TV without having to run at maximum volume. Much more enjoyable for me and any guests I may have do not have to put up with loud TV. Thanks.

It does the job. Firm price for what I paid. I do like that you can hook this printer up to your wifi and can print from any computer or laptop without it being hooked up to either computer. Touchscreen also.

We needed a second printer, went to Best But like we always do for anything electronic, saw this on sale and bought it. It's absolutely wonderful! Easy to install, love the wireless aspect but mostly the quality of the printing is outstanding!
