This printer is okay it was difficult to set up on my HP but after an hour I was able to fix it. It loud but easy for my kids to use.

Juan was extremley helpful and knowledgeable. Although I latter found out product will not do what I want exactly as I wanted this wa my fault it worked the way Juan said. I would diffiently refer my friends and family to ask for him

Like the fact it’s Wifi and can print from anywhere in the house. Plus I signed up for Hp ink. Before I run out it’s delivered to my door

My old Canon printer gave out on me after 6 years so i needed to purchase a new one. I read a ton of reviews and decided to get this HP one. the set up was a bit tedious but once i got it working it was easy and am happy with my decision

It does what it id expected to do. No cord is good. Had to get technical support to assist with set up. Issues with print driver. They were good. They do push for sales of products.

Wish I had looked at the printer closer before I bought it. Just listened to salesman. Not the printer I wanted at all. It works though it is very slow and rather noisy.

This was a replacement for a printer my father had and he is happy with this new printer since it offers a couple of features tat his old one didn't have. He is a faithful HP owner,

Does everything you need, and get free ink for life with instant ink. Only downside i can think of is that it could be a little faster at printing

It prints ok but ink gets used up fast. Especially black ink. Takes awhile to print. It’s a cheap product but gets the job done

Easily installed, works great, but still a little noisier than the ones at the office. I am 68 years old so installing printer w/o adult children's assistance was a bragging point!

Have been using the printer since 2018. However, I don't know why it started giving me error messages that the recommended cartridge is not compatible with the printer.

Will not let me print any size envelope that I want , only has specific ones which is not acceptable. Other then that problem everything else with it is great.

I was under the impression that this printer was the best one out there...but it doesn’t print double side by itself... yes it is inconvenient but other than that it does a great job!

I am very disappointed with this printer. It deserves ZERO stars. First, I bought this printer because I was under the impression that this printer could perform automatic double-sided printing due to the claims made on this website that it can "Print 2-sided documents", but this is not the case. You must do it manually, just like any other average printer. I feel deceived. Next the printer almost never prints when you need it to. Even if you restart the laptop or the printer or both, no luck. I have had to wait 6 hours, 1 week or more to get my prints. My latest surprise with this printer was that ONE MONTH after trying to print, the printer just started printing out of the blue what I needed a month ago. Therefore this is an unreliable printer. I hate this printer. If I had realized all this before throwing out the packaging, I would have returned it. Worst printer ever. There is no USB cable, so you are forced to rely on WiFi printing. This has been my first experience with WiFi printing and possibly my last.

I had a little trouble setting up the programing for this device, but all in all I would say that it is a great value for the price. It works very well once you get it all set up, and doesn't seem to guzzle ink.

I’ve had this printer for two months now, and I’ve used it several times to print off several important documents. I would recommend this to all my friends and family in a heartbeat.

It is working good. The printed sheets are fine. The only thing is little upset is that the color link goes low very fast. Everything else is totally fine.

Great printer. The wireless feature was a little difficult to use. I ended up just using wires. Dislike the fact that printer is obsolete only after a few years

It contains all the features I need . In addition , it is eligible for the HP Instant program. This product features allows to reduce overall cost of ownership even further. The HP support for this product is also a very good one.

Price was great and as retired folks, we don't use a printer very much, but I should have spent more and avoided the hassle of here-one-day-gone-the-next drivers. No CD for driver reinstall - everything must be downloaded. Color printing is a major problem. Scanning is currently off-line and must be reinstalled AGAIN. Also, double-sided print is not automatic - paper must be flipped and reinserted. There is a fax feature, but who faxes anymore with cameras and email so easy? I will study options more carefully next time.
