OfficeJet works well for low volume personal use. Sometimes the vertical paper feed is sensitive. The HP Instant Ink program is fantastic for low-medium volume

I purchased HP3830 printer over a month ago. I always wanted an all in one printer especially with the fax machine. Felt it was a great price. I highly recommend this printer.

I bought this printer to go with the lenovo laptop to replace her out of date technology. So she can do what little printing that she does along with her laptop. A few hiccups in the beginning but overall satisfied

Needed a printer to telework. Good all in one but it would be better if it held more paper and if the tray that catches the print job was bigger. Satisfied overall.

Printer is a simple home use printer. If you need to print many pages, select a printer that prints many more pages than this model. If it's a simple printer you need, this is the one for you.

I like this. It is convinient for me to print my study materials. I don't recommend it if you want to print it both sides automatically! That's a minus point here.

Not understanding the people with the issues setting up wifi as I had no problems. I love the ability of being able to print from my devices and from wherever I am at, even away from home.Fax functionality is also great!

When I brought this printer I wasn't expecting all of what I'm able to do with it I love it. I especially love that my printer can order my ink for me before I need more so I don't ever have to worry about running out :)

This All-In-One printer is an excellent device. Love the fact that it offers toner cartridges replenish program; that will save a lot of time shopping.Considering that it offers a luxury to be used at home.

The scanner is a little slow, but for this price it's a great deal. I like that I can email something to the printer and have it print it out. That's a nice feature.

I purchased this for my mom and fell in love with it. To have a fax machine at home and don’t have to go somewhere and be charged a fee to use is amazing

good printer for the price. not the best for pics. still having trouble with phone to print. comes with activity prints for kids but three headings for the same pic.

I had printer set up by GEEK squad in store, but when I got home I had to phone GEEK squad to help me. After about half an hour on phone with GEEK squad I he & I able to hook up printer. I like the printer

Just remember: reading is fundamental, :) Had a little difficulty setting it up, however, if I had read all prompts (instead of just glancing), it would have went a lot faster! Works great, I love it!

Great investment especially if you use your all in one more frequently than most also saves you money oppose to having to go somewhere to send a fax or make copies you can do it all from the comfort of your home or office

This printer has done well since my purchase, I really enjoy the option to email the printer what you want printed. The printer seems to work and keep its online connection very well.

Easy setup, software and wifi worked first time and haven't had any problems. Not a big fan of the rear paper loader, doesn't fit my original location.

after several tries i ended up contacting hp they remotely installerd the printer on to my all in one computer now it workd fine
