This printer is almost excellent. The only thing I was not able to do was send a fax with it. It has a fax setting but it is not straightforward about how to use that.

So far we have had no problems with this printer. We were able to hook it up easily and my husband can print to it from his laptop. My only complaint is that it is bulky. It takes up a lot of space!

As a printer, copier and scanner it is excellent but when they sell you also "a fax machine" you don't realize, at least I didn't, that you would need a second telephone landline to connect it as a fax.

Quality is good but you have to flip up the front cover in order to print. Inconvenient and packing up to take back for an exchange.

This printer works well! Only issues I've had so far is on the HP software side. Some of the functions to controlling the scanner will not download correctly.

The printer has been having problems since week two. For the first days it worked well. After the first week it wouldn't print. The printer could not eprint or receive anything from my computer without being hardwired to it. I had to delete all the drivers and re download them. It kept saying that the print doctor app could help, but it never could do it. I turned off the printer and disconnect the power cable like it ask me to and nothing changed. It has been the worst hp printer I have ever had, and I love hp products. I will not be recommending this model to friends, but I still love hp.

Easy to set up. Works fine. Still waiting for HP and Microsoft to work some bugs out regarding sending scans to email with Windows 10. Otherwise no issues.

I have not used it much but it seems to work well. I was disappointed to see it go on sale for $20.00 less within 2 weeks of my purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for. I am a little disappointed because I have the app Ibotta an didn't know I had to swipe the QR on the app bfor paying so I lost out on my points an cash back.

you get what you pay for. Jams papers but prints nice when it does work.

This is the all in one you have been looking for! Only two inks and get the xl cartridges and it will last you a long time. This is my 4th HP printer and I have been happy with each one. This is over a 16 year period!

A good home use printer/scanner. Definitely not for heavy use or you will blow through the inks too quickly. The inks are almost as much as the printer.

I would recommend this all-in-one printer, scanner, and fax to small business and for home use. It's not built for speed when printing but the tray scanning feature allows for multiple pages.

The few prints I got off this seemed like nice quality, but the autoinstall program was just bad. In their attempt to make it idiot-proof they made it impossible to troubleshoot; I was never able to get the scanner to work and now printing isn't working either. Will now spend the next few days looking up guides for this printer online and re-configuring it to network how I want it.

I think I have mastered it now but find it confusing that I have to go back and change all the settings after printing a picture.

This is my second printer and not because the first one broke. I gave my first to my grandson and I recently moved to a different state and bought my second one. Very satisified .

A very great printer. Changing out the ink is very easy considering refilling the cartridge tray is very straightforward. I appreciate the product very much.

Enjoying the printer. I wish there were actual setup instructions with it. If you're not tech smart like myself, it would make things a lot easier.

I’m a big fan of Hp printers but this printer was very difficult to set up.. it’s still sitting in my den unused because I don’t have the time to try and figure out how to get it started

This printer was exactly what I needed and for a reasonable price! It allows me to scan multiple sheets from the feed tray, which saves time! It’s instant ink eligible also. Great deal!
