Scan and Print Issues

After spending hours with HP support, twice, the problem seemed to be resolved. A day later, it was back again. Recently the ability to print was lost. Per the HP Print/Scan Doctor the problems are corrected. Yet, I still cannot scan to PC and the ONLY document that will print is the HP Print Doctor test page.

Overall, the printer was a good value. I wish that it would have operated properly. Having had numerous HP printers in the past, I believe this was an isolated situation.
