    Great printer for small work assignments, school projects, quick copies, hobbies, etc... The only issue/concern I have with this printer is that when you use the top-feeder for multiple papers to be scanned into the system ... It jams up quite often.

    This printer will not connect to my wifi modem. It can find the network, but it won't connect. I called both HP and my internet provider 's customer service at least 10 times over a 2 week period for assistance. Finally the 10th call to HP, it was escalated and I was advised this particular printer has known Issues of not being able to connect to the newer modem/routers.

    I downloaded the info per instructions - could not get it to print in color. Had a neighbor who works in a tech department come look at it and he could not get it to either after an hour. I returned the printer.
