    The printer seems to get confused from my I phone and Microsoft computers. Might be operator problems. Not as user friendly as the old ones. I can't recommend it until I get it all working.

    This printer is great, But once it goes to sleep it won't reconnect to my network when woken up. I have to power cycle it before it will connect. Turning sleep mode off isn't an option.

    I purchased this printer and set it up everything was simple but even when we print color copies it prints only in black and white. not sure where to complain and if replacement color cartridge would be shipped free of charge.
