So ok but can!t figure out how to select just color and black and white by self??

Seems to work great once I get it to connect. I struggle with getting it to connect with my laptop to print.

Loved this printer when I first bought it with the option for instant ink. As the warranty expired and ink came time to be replaced it died not drawing ink anymore. An expensive printer after a year was an expensive giant paperweight / soon to be trash. I've never had a Canon printer last so little time. I've had to chose to buy a new printer from Canon never again will I purchase HP printers unless cheap and in dire need.

this printer is sexy if that is possiable, sleek with nice curves and perfect size that is why i blessed it with 1 star, in reality it is a paperweight as i never was able to get it to print a single page. I did not return it only because i didn't keep the styrofoam shipping materials.

It’s average and simple , super easy to use . It does what it says .

The Printer needs to be close to the router to stay connected to the wifi.

I thought I could fax without a landline but it seems I can’t

Nice printer but it loads paper wired and always says it is out of paper and it isnt

When I bought this it had a color ink cartridge and a black and white, and the first sheet I printed worked well. After that the color cartridge stopped working. I thought maybe the cartridge already installed was old or used up so I put in a new cartridge. Same thing happened; first sheet printed color but then the color stopped working.

This is a nice collection for my son for now, should by buying new one soon.

Instructions could be easier to follow. Not everyone is computer savvy

I bought this as an upgrade from my deskjet 2545 but im struggling to get it to work smoothly

OK, it frequently have paper jams, even on quite mode it's noisy, and the connect is kind of slow.

This printer didn't work out for me so I exchanged it for the 5255 all in one.

Love the idea of the printer but hard to connect to the internet.

Only done a few things with this printer. So I can't give a full review. Seems like a nice printer though

Great brand, good product, works great, but it is a little slow printing. Setup is easy.

The printer works well when it works. I have had to factory reset it a few times since I got it May 2020. It randomly becomes unable to print and unable to be found on my network. I have had alright experience with HP printers in the past, but this one has been my least favorite.

I don't know if everyone has this problem with it. The connection with the wifi it's poor.

It's a nice printer. But if your not printer friendly don't get it
