Do not waste your money or time

I got this one because it was affordable and had really good reviews. But I have had nothing but trouble with this darn thing since the day I got it. It is in an "error state" more often than not. I have spent far more time trying to fix the thing than I have actually printing. It is the absolute worst. I would have returned it but by thr time a remembered that was an option, it had been too late, so now I'm stuck with it :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friendGood, except for the double sided printing.

But a week later it kept losing it's wifi connectivity with my computer. I had to really jigger it to get it to print. Eventually sold it on craigslist and went with an epson.

I can’t tell from your review what feature was missing or how that affected color printing, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

Constantly offline ..have to pull plug to restart it any time I want to use it. Hard to set on black ink only. Manual is non-existent and by the time you find the answer online ,you don't care. I can't even find where the ink goes now that i want to replace . I have never been more aggravated by a product. Surely, better printers are out there. I thought I would like the ink program; not worth the trouble and when I needed ink quickly,it took a week or more to get it. Just NO
