The wifi on this was horrible

Not only does it jam constantly but the paper roll doesn’t even grab the paper anymore. Total waste of money. I can’t even use it and have to look for another printer.

The problem I have is that it constantly goes offline, forcing me to reinstall the printer over and over again just to print. I have tried a few of the troubleshooting steps on HP’s site, but nothing has helped

After searching through the package I notice they ship me the part with no return label. Call HP back and now they tell me the part was non refundable, just p*ss me off because if the trifling HP agent would have told me up front the part was non refundable I wouldn't have never it.

Contacted HP and was unfix able and had to return to HP. Replacement has worked OK up to this point. Wireless connect will only work on 2G. A lot of inconvenience on this product. Would suggest buying upgraded Model.

Read and saw all the good reviews on this model. Expected the same quality, but not to be!! Tried to print from my laptop, but went through dozens of pages, all of which got eaten and not a single clean print! So decided better to return than waste a ream.

I got to a HP SUPPORT manager and am sending the printer back to HP for a replacement.

The first machine did everything except receive fax. This one does all the other functions, but will send nor receive fax. Some products are made specifically for a certain chain store. I need to look on the box, that may be the case here.
