Ordered HP 3830 online to have it delivered. Was advised that unit was ready for pickup. Drove 15 miles to store and was told that they didn't have printer and didn't know when they would have it. Then a series of emails about the unit being delivered. Delivery was made on 4/7 dropped on our front sidewalk with carton damaged. Got call that unit was in store. Arrived in store with unopened carton and personnel unpacked package and advised me to take unit as it appeared undamaged. Haven't used unit yet. Am using an HP5252 OfficeJet. This is my third HP3830.

It has been awhile since I purchased a printer. This one was pleasantly surprising for the price. It prints quickly and is internet connected so you can monitor your ink levels remotely. Also, it comes with it's own internet address making it seamless to print to it remotely by simply emailing the document to it. With the HP replenish program, you can keep your ink cartridges full for for a whole year for less than the cost of buying ink cartridges outright. And this is on the lowest plan of 50 pages a month. Truly, I'm glad I got this printer.

Excellent price and quick setup made this a perfect buy. Be aware that you have to go online to setup the printer as no setup disc is provided.

I finally set up my new all in one machine. Scans are nice and easy and it has a bunch of other great features. Great value for the $. I should have bought this a long time ago.

Love my new printer, easy to use and was offer a great ink deal as well. The size is perfect and it has great features for college student because it’s 4 machines bundle into 1.

I purchased this as a replacement for my HP Envy. It has more features (includes a fax) and was super easy to install. I highly recommend this printer.

For the price paid, this is a GREAT home based printer & scanner. Print speed is good for a few pages at a time. Used for work and kids school work print assignments!

Easy to use. Efficient. The display controls are helpful and it’s compact enough to squeeze into my little makeshift home office.

All in one, just like it says. Doesn't take up much room. Wireless is a must along with color printing. Very nice and convenient for a college student in a dorm.

I bought this for my daugther to go off to college. She loves it. She has not had any issues yet. It was easy to set up and because it was not bulky it fit great in the space.

This printer is quiet and very compact. I like the fact that more than one page can be copied at a time and that a bell rings when it's completed so I know to go and get it.

Lots of features, wireless, double sided printing, good speed. Hard to beat for the price. The scanner died on the first one during warranty, replacement has been no trouble.

This printer is very convenient it does everything that you need Prints, copies. scans and fax. It is not big and bulky just what you need for a compact working space
