Looking for a replacement for my Lexmark expense all n 1, research several brands. After careful researching & reviewing the HP Officejet 3830, all n 1, i rest my mind & purchase this printer. The price i paid for this printer was excellent. Same as my high price Lexmark, but with less headaches. This is a quality printer at a cheaper price. I needed a printer for important document printing as well as digitalizing other documents. It works well and is very intuitive, I have not use the fax feature so I can't say anything about that. The wireless feature is great since there have been plenty of times I have had to print from my phone or tablet. I did get this on sale I think (a year or two ago??) and thought maybe it wouldn't last long or would be bad quality. I can say I have been proven wrong and do intent on repurchasing should this one stop working in the next few year.

Simple printer for occasional usage. No more school so I don't print much and it's pretty compact which was important to me. Pretty easy set up for with my mac

Trying to figure out why scan won't work, as it did at first. Help in India didn't correct it. Also had difficulty understanding what he was saying. Bring this service to the USA please. Tried to sell me a life time warranty???? So why couldn't he fix it?

Good quality, easy to install, connect and use. Think of getting an extra set of toner, the one that comes with the printer runs out fast.

I have this printer sitting on the side of my desk & it is a delight to use. Easy to set-up & prints on front & back of paper when printing from the internet.

Easy to set up. Keep in mind this is the low end of printers but great if you are only printing a limited amount each month. For the price it can’t be beat!

Bought this for my parents to replace a 6 year old printer they had. It works great and was easy for them to learn how to use. They use it all the time. I highly recommend it especially for those who are not technically inclined as it does not have a steep learning curve.
