it's a great product compare with the price. Takes about 20 minutes to set up, i struggled a little about how to insert the ink tank, and finally figured it out after checking out Youtube instructions

I ordered this to replace an older all in one because it featured printing connectivity for iphone and ipad. As soon as I use up the ink in my existing all in one I will install it and add to my review.

We had to replace an older HP and with Best Buys offered discount we tried the OfficeJet 3830. The printer worked immediately -- hooked up directly to a Desktop computer. It also has wireless capabilities. Excellent print quality and great features. The plastic cover is a little lightweight and we are cautious when handling the platen cover but it is very sturdy.

Brought Printer for my college age student and it has been very easy for her to operate. Great value and user friendly.

I needed a printer but didn't want to spend a lot because I do t use it often. This printer is great because it connects to the wifi and allows you to print from phone rather than have to print from computer. So far really happy with my purchase. Quality is good however if you are looking for rich photo realistic quality this isn't the printer for you. Again, this is a great little machine for those that print a doc. Once in a while not meant for heavy use.
