Really like this printer. Quality is good. Nice to be able to scan. Wireless set up to pc was easy. I setup on my phone via the app as well. That was a little more confusing. I got it working and it was awesome! But then something went wrong and I wasn't able to figure out how to get it back on there. But in all honesty I didn't spend a lot of time on it.

$40 Black Friday deal was well worth it. Had it set up in 5 minutes!

Printer works flawlessly. Wifi connection between phone and laptop are great. Only disappointment is that it does not print double sided; however, the box clearly states that. Overall, very good.

I purchased this printer for it's all in one capabilities. I needed something that could scan, print, and copy. It works well and I've enjoyed the wifi capabilities.

The printer that I actually wanted to buy is a $300 Epson photo printer. But I decided to wait on a photo printer for another time and just go for the much cheaper HP OfficeJet 3830 for everyday printing. This is my first wireless printer and that aspect is really convenient because I can print from my MacBook Pro or iPhone with ease. However, I can’t believe how much ink it goes through. Every single printer I’ve ever used in the past has allowed you to adjust the ink and other settings..... so you could print, say, a draft version which uses much less ink. With this printer I can’t find a way to adjust the ink settings, and I don’t even think there is a way. I printed three articles which contains three pictures and it used 1/3 of the ink!

This replaces my 'old' OfficeJet 8600 all-in-one. It may not have 100% the same bells and whistles, but can't beat the value on sale! HP's have been pretty good printers and since my previous one was about 8 years old, it's about time for a newer device for my at-home printing needs. This one's smaller, lighter and was easy to set up on my secured WiFi. Here's hoping to a long life for it!

Excellent product. It does everything Print, Copy, Scan & Fax. Exactly what I was looking for.

Purchased on sale. Excellent buy that included an auto document feeder and a fax function. Went with the HP's auto ink program, remains to be seen how that will work out. Happy with my purchase.
