Set up took a bit of effort but now printing from our phones, tablets, and laptops over wifi is simple.

The price on this printer was awesome. I bought one for my daughter, and one for my small business. It does everything I want it to do. It faxes, copies, prints and scans. It’s a wireless printer which means you can even print from your phone. I love it.

This HP is pretty solid. For the price and what it does, you cannot get a better deal. I love that it's wireless so you can place the printer anywhere in your home and it will still print to it. In addition, there's an HP app that allows you to print a photo or an email attachment from any location and the printer will have it ready for you once you arrive home or in an office. That said, I do have an issue with the setup. The printer picks up the drivers almost automatically. My issue is that I have a three year old MacBookPro and it seems to have downloaded the wrong drivers. This has caused the printer to freeze while in progress. If this happens to you, delete the drivers and reinstaill them from the HP website. Other than that, it's a pretty good printer.

THis printer is getting used a lot at collge. My son says other people in his suite are using it too

Haven't used it much just yet. Had a hard time inserting the cartridges. Instructions had no written explanation, just pictures. Should have explained that you have to latch them firmly to hear that locking sound. Also, so much cardboard packaging you have to pull off inside the printer. But once set up correctly, it seems to work smoothly. Initially wanted to buy that very small HP printer but decided to buy this instead bec it was much cheaper and has features that the small one doesn't. It can do double-sided printing and has fax, not that I use it. May not be compact but it isn't that heavy and bulky as the others I saw of similar price points. Also, I should have availed of their ink offer but didn't have enough time to do it.

This printer is great! it gets the job done and it’s easy to use. It has a lot of great features and the best part it’s not to bulky and Huge. It was just what I needed at the right price for my home office space.

Prints great, quiet. Only issue I have had is the wifi wouldn't stay connected all the time. I just used my hardline USB wire from my previous printer and haven't had an issue since.

My new printer has some really nice add one that I had no idea existed. The printing quality is nice. It's very self explanatory to instal and print from pretty much any device (phone, laptop, tablet). The HP ink is a really cool and convenient thing, I get ink in the mail before I actually run out.

Great printer! Setting up wireless was simple! HP does it all for you remotely, you dont even have to call, just log into theor website and it does it all on ots own. Great price, works great and fast. Faxes, scans, copies perfect!

This is a great purchase for me so far. it is very quiet and prints pretty fast. I was hesitant to purchase due to the reviews seen on other sites but I am so glad I made this purchase. if you need a printer that does everything this is the one!

It's a low cost, easy to set up, and has good quality. I have had this printer for over 2 years now and needless to say, I'm not disappointed with the results. It's held up well for how much I use it and I would recommend buying it.

The printer is very good at a reasonable price. The person installing should have basic understanding of how the computer, phone, printer all tie-up together. I have experience in this area and had slight trouble, while helping a senior woman have all the gadgets. Also, The initial application didn't succeed in single attempt. Second and third attempts, you wonder if your initial address/identification/account are reusable or you need to supply newer ones. And this what creates confusion. Also, initial trial pages you print are already counted towards your monthly allocation per chose plans. The person I helped, had chosen the basic plan with free pages per month. Her allocated quota was finished in less than one week!!! She had printed only 3-4 pages since the initial trial pages.

This is a great printer, and I even got it at a great price. It is great for small or large jobs.

Easy to use printer. Quality, color & speed very good for a lower priced printer. The copier is also quite fast. The paper has to "stand-up" in the back. I would have preferred a drawer to put it in. Love that it is wif-fi so no cables. (Do not have it hooked up as a fax).

The setup was so simple for this printer, and quick. Product works great. No complaints. I highly recommend.

I just love new HP - OfficeJet 3830 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer . I can print and scan documents and even print pictures. With the WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities I can send documents from my laptop while in another room and also from my phone. With the USB port I'm also able to copy documents from a USB Stick. With the HP - OfficeJet 3830 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer ..I can Print, copy, scan, fax my documents with easy and with the small size of it, I'm able to save space and stoe it easily without cluttering up my desk

I had no idea it has stored printable pages. Handwriting, music sheets, games too like tic tac toe and word searches. I use it all the time for my son. I also never knew how great wireless printing was. Extremely easy to set up! I highly recommend this product.
