Great Printer for Small Jobs

The only issue/concern I have with this printer is that when you use the top-feeder for multiple papers to be scanned into the system ... It jams up quite often.

Not a good wireless printer

I called both HP and my internet provider 's customer service at least 10 times over a 2 week period for assistance. Finally the 10th call to HP, it was escalated and I was advised this particular printer has known Issues of not being able to connect to the newer modem/routers.

OfficeJet 3830 Printer

Had a neighbor who works in a tech department come look at it and he could not get it to either after an hour. I returned the printer.
