Great first time printer for small business yes it

Easy to set up, easy to use, easy on ink. I love it!

This printer functions adequately but not great for having to print in any real quantity. I don't expect this one to be durable to hold up as long as the manufacturer's warranty- but what I should expect out of a $40 printer

This printer fits my basic need. I was disappointed it wasn’t duplex capable, even with its tray. But I am grad student so it okay. It is cheaper at places other than bestbuy

Wireless set up easily and has worked great so far

Bought this expecting it to work and it did not. I cannot for the life of me get it to print off of my phone. I tried everything you can think of and still won’t work. This seems to be a very common problem with hp printers. I

It gets the job done good enough. I don’t use it for photos. It’s ok with that but there are better ones if you want a better result. I use it for receipts and copies of paperwork.

Love the features it advertises, but am having issues with it "going to sleep" and the only way to waken it is to unplug and restart. Not pleased with this feature....

This printer came with a faulty color cartridge. I ordered a new one. The printer still did not print in color. After some research, I found I had to reinstall/uninstall the drivers 3 times before it printed in color. Once I removed this printer as my default, it would not print in color. I had to uninstall and reinstall the drivers again. I think HP can do better.

If you need a basic printer then this printer will do the job. FYI: Print slow in color and it doesn't do double-sided prints. Other then what the Wifi printing is convenient.

I bought this printer for my elderly mom as hers stopped working. It is a bit bulky for her desk and a little too complicated for her to use. But overall, it serves the purpose. I should have chosen a smaller one.

The printer really works great...when it's available on the wireless network. Working with HP product support to figure out what issue is when printer goes into sleep mode.

Initially i really liked this printer but i have been having some issues lately with getting the color to print. It is sporadic and not related to cartridge ink levels.

Was excited to get such a great deal for daughter's dorm room. Once we reached destination (far away) and opened the box, paper tray was broken. Item was sold out by then.

At first I was excited about it then I noticed my phone couldn’t find printer everytime I went to print. We have to restart the printer everyday. I love the ink refill program.

Very basic printer, low price so you have to buy or try to refill expensive cartridges! Adequate for basic homework, but not office grade equipment and cost of cartridges is high.

This a cost-effective printer for home users. It has the basic functionalities needed for personal use. However, I would suggest heavy users to choose a more advanced printer.
