Paper jams easily and too frequently. When removing a paper jam it seems like the paper can tear and then it would be difficult to remove the torn paper.

I don’t know if it is the printer or my internet but the printer disconnects and I have to unplug it and plug it in again. After that it works great!

didn't last 2 years with very little usage. not sure why..................................................................................

Not the best printer I’ve ever had. It jams too often and the plastic parts break to easily.

printing is fine, but it is necessary to continually reboot this printer in order to be found by any device even though is connected to wifi.

Definitely a printer for those with low printing needs. Manual feed, double sided printing is a little bit of a pain, but it’s functional overall.

This printer does the job I bought it because my old one stopped accepting paper. This printer does the job I don't print as much as I used to now that I am out of school.

printer works okay but needs to have wired connection . windows 10 on a new computer fails to recognize it . So if you are looking for a printer because of this problem this one is not it.

Seems to do an okay job. I got it pretty cheap and I do like the instant ink program, but drawers and paper trays feel pretty flimsy. Wifi printing from Mac and iPhone works well

The fax part of the printer sucks. It doesn’t take one page at a time and that’s only faxing two pages at a time. I really got it for the fax and it’s disappointing.

its a printer and it works burns through ink fast pain to set up and constantly disconnects from network had to reinstall software 4 times before correct drivers loaded

This one-star rating is for the printing system which includes HP ink. The printer frequently switches to black and white only. Contacted HP and they said it was the ink cartridge, and to their credit sent a replacement. It is HP's "Instant Ink" so it is not low on ink. I looks as though HP is so concerned about controlling ink sales with the microchip in the cartridge that any chip malfunction or corroded contact between cartridge and printer will render the printer useless. This has happened many times on this printer, the solution being to constantly remove and reinstall the cartridges. I recommend avoiding HP Instant Ink if not HP printers. You lose control of your printer.

this is a great printer buying it took so little time and it great that that the staff there was really helpful. the printer setup took 20 minutes and there hasn't been any problems

the HP printer is really nice, that only thing is that the scanner is slowly. Isnt too fast as I wish. Other than that works perfect.

No chance to evaluate this printer yet. Setup had a carriage jam after inserting ink cartridges. Had to request replacement printer

I wanted to like this for the price. Truly. Picked it up for a great price. Got it home and hooked it up. Fairly easy to setup, although the wifi seemed to take a bit to get connected. This worked well for a bit, but eventually it just stopped printing. Blank page after blank page. Needless to say, I don't own it anymore. My recommendation would be to go for a higher model, unless you are in a pinch with money.

Keeps losing color printing - have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Keeps going offline - must power off completely and power on again to use.

Works for what I need it to do. It’s suppose to be wireless but it wouldn’t connect to my MacBook so I had to order a cord.

As a printer it’s ok. There are really no set up instructions. I still can’t figure out how to get the scanner to work. They should include s start up cd

I installed this and did everything they asked and the bottom of my pages are always smudged. I already gave away my other printer so stuck with this one.
