This is my second time replacing this printer, paper keeps getting stuck; opened a brand new hp ink, said it was not compatible.

I feel the advertising was deceptive Stated duplex printing. Didn't say you had to manually return the pages into the printer to print the other side. Not really duplex!!!

I bought this printer for a friend. Her printer had quit working and she needed a new one. She is very happy with it and it does evwrything that she wants it to do.

This printer is very basic, ink is awkward to replace and it doesn't do printing on both sides as I was told it would without manually flipping the page.

Bought the printer on Aug. 31st and printed on it for the first time on Sept. 30th. The print quality was the worst I've seen in a while! Since the 15 days had passed for me to exchange it in store, I had to contact HP. After them trying to tell me to take it back to the store and me explaining that wasnt possible, they just wanted to replace the cartridges. I received those and of course, that didnt fix the problem. I called them and let them know that it needed to be exchanged, and they wanted to send me a REFURBISHED one! I told them I wanted a new one because I originally purchased a new one. We're still waiting on a response. Ridiculous! Will probably not buy another HP product!

you end up buying lot of ink. printer is good though, I wish there is a cheaper way for refilling the ink.

I have to reset the machine every time if I want to print by WiFi. It’s show contact the printer but never success.

I took it out the box followed the instructions & the printer didn’t work it keep saying cartridge jam when I try to turn it on

I like the printer but it runs out of ink quickly and I have to keep setting up the printer to my WiFi so that’s a bummer

Initially I was able to print right from my iPhone. However I had to keep repairing my Bluetooth connection and it was more difficult every single time

New longer updates. Printer works fine but now will not me allow to update.

It was alright until it crapped out just past the warranty period… now I’ve got to buy another one.

I replaced a 4500 series and this one is a bit larger that the one I replaced. The printer is good just larger than I would have liked it to be.

The printer is good when it's working but gets paper jams for no reason and the ink is used up fairly quickly

It does the job, but I have really been looking for a better quality one past 6 months. It does the job for the price

Very disappointed in this printer. It will not stay connected to my Internet. Epic fail. At first I could get it to reconnect by unplugging it and plugging it back in, but now it can't find my wifi at all. Glad I got it on Black Friday for cheap. When it did print, the quality was good, including photos.

We purchased this printer and the 1st one did not work. We had to return it and get another. This one seems fine. Too early to tell.

It works great for me. The only thing I did not pay attention to is the fact that double sided printing has to be done manually.

I am sorry I purchased this printer.It was not easy to set up or to use.It was not my first choice.I was getting something else which cost more but it was user friendly.I wanted a fax, copier and printer.The salesperson claimed it was a better choice even though it was cheaper.My fax is still not set up.I have to call HP to get it done.Also, it required a special phone cord.
