I selected it for the low price & bluetooth compatibility with my phone & tablet. But it's not great at printing good copies. Paper guide fell off & was too difficult to put back on securely. Display screen no longer displays. Does not have an actual "Copy" feature, which means I have to scan a document & then print it. I should've spent $20 more for a better machine.

This printer is good when it works but once the feeder breaks it is useless. If you buy it purchase a warranty.

i can't get hp photo creations to work yet. i was able to finally get the scanner to work but it was difficult.

This printer is too slow - does not support 2 sided printing without manual intervention. I should have noted that prior to purchasing

Compared to my previous HP printer, this one appears to be cheaply made. Instruction book practically useless.

prices are a little high the workers are great but there is always room for improvement in every thing

The only thing I bought this Printer was because it’s All in One and to Try something New! The printer quality is not what I expected it was a disappointing! If you are an everyday user I wouldn’t recommend it however if you are not an everyday user then it should be fine. Other than that it has everything you need compared to other printers out there the price is fair as well

I don't like the way the paper is inserted. Had I known it didn't have a paper tray I wouldn't have purchased it.

We had to return it as it cannot print on both sides of the paper without manual input. Otherwise, it is great.

printer worked for a year and then was printing vertical lines, thank god geek squad saved me.

Good printer. The only issue is the box did not have a manual or software. downloading was required. Still a good home printer.

This printer is nice for basic usage. Some devices are tricky to get connected with the printer but eventually it will connect with some extra steps.

It's pretty good when it works, but it eventually stopped feeding paper. I called hp support (after a rediculous amount of time troubleshooting with a virtual agent, becasuse you can't even call until you do that first) and got a replacement. A couple months later now and this printer is doing the exact same thing. It wont feed the paper through. It's garbage.

Good if you don't do a lot of printing or are not looking for speed. Haven't used the scan or fax options yet.

Ended up returning the product due to the lack of knowledge and assistant on getting some of the features to work properly.

It is having a problem with the paper feeding into it. it crumples up inside the machine... I am not happy,

I think, the printer would be alright, but I keep having issues with the HP Ink cartridges. Had to get a New Printer.

I needed HP's help on the phone to set up the printer, which works well, but the scanner still won't work. Wouldn't buy it again.

overall good printer/scan/copier. I can get it to work from my cell phone, but still cannot get it to work wireless from laptop.

Wasn't expecting alot from it but it does what it is expected. Nothing fancy about it. Iust an average printer
