This printer malfunctioned right from the start, saying "paper jam" as it spit out the paper. Took it back. Will get another HP, but will buy a higher priced, better quality one. Two stars, not for the printer, but for HP as their printers have been good to me in the past. This one was a dud.

They seem to fail far too soon. I’m not a heavy user so you’d expect a printer to last longer than a year. Even their Instaink program is a scam. My ink levels are low, but they tell me I’m good. They charge me monthly and I use less than 15 copies a month. I don’t mind the charge if the printer quality was better. Contact their robot Customer service reps is a joke. They just spit out links to trouble shoot problems you don’t have. Can’t speak with humans at HP.
