I swear this printer has been a huge HEADACHE. From day one after printing a few pages I always get the "Printer Jam" I've tried everything and nothing works. A waste of money would never purchase this brand again. Customer Service was no help being I had it for I guess over 15 days.

The print was blurry. When I was printing multi-page documents, it would randomly print certain pages. Such as it would print pages 1 and 3 of a 4 page document. The next time, you may get only the 1st page. That was probably my biggest complaint.
