It is all in one which is the best to be able to do everything conveniently.

Easy to set up.. prints in color. Ink plan makes it easy.

The ink can’t last long enough for regular use. It’s just scanner now.

This is a clunky machine. It was not easy to set up, can't use it unless laptop is on, and I have used it so little due to the cumbersome nature of this unit. Then I went to use it today and it won't even turn on, and yes it is plugged in. I would look for something else.

Good printer but ink finish quick and ink is expansive.

I bought this for my home office. It is ok for occasional use. The main reason I purchased it was for the mail order ink refill program which I have been unable to set up despite multiple calls to HP and my internet provider and countless hours trouble shooting. I would not buy this again!

works great as a printer. Everytime I try to scan I get an error message which says the scanner software isn't loaded onto my computer. Each time I download the software I can only scan one page before I receive the same error message. Such a hassle and waste of time.

This is a very good printer except the ink cartridge is small

This All-in-One seemed to work fine until I needed to fax a document that wouldn't go through, but started making a knocking sound that got louder as I entered the fax number. It gave no notices, so I checked everything that would open and tried to find troubleshooting info. Since I had thought that it was just over a year old, I sadly threw it away, losing about $75 w/tax and purchased a different item. It wasn't until I checked this area for something else that I realized that I bought it last October 23. I probably would have had to ship it somewhere and be without a printer for no telling how long.

It has kinks, shuts off on an error code at random

good for small print jobs ink can be costly so if you print much not great.

Such problems with the WiFi! Just unplugged it and it is a big dust collector

I'm so disappointed with this printer. It's supposed to be a color printer, but only prints in grayscale. I bought new ink cartridges, checked my settings, did the troubleshooting, still no luck. The test page prints perfectly, but when I try to print anything else, no color. It also keeps going offline, so I have to shut it down and restart to send a print job. So annoying. There is absolutely nothing good about this printer. I should have spent more and got a quality printer.
