HP OfficeJet 3830 is not good

I've ruined 15 sheets of paper trying to get it to work. The HP Rep. happened to be in the store and said it was a great printer. I should have known when I got it for such a great price. You get what you pay for.

Lousy printer that came broken missing a part.

She had just gotten over coronavirus and was excited to get a new printer. After three frustrating days and asking friends to help her, she found there was a part missing. If she put the ink cartridges provided in, the power wouldn't turn on. I will never buy another HP product again, and I'm seriously reconsidering if I should ever have something sent out from Best Buy. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I don't even know how I can return it during a pandemic. Thanks a lot Best Buy and HP!

Terrible paper loading

The paper loading is nearly impossible at times. And the holding back for the paper broke immediately. I bought two, one for home and one for my office. I am replacing both in less than six months.

Could be more user friendly

I also can't print from my son's school chrome book for his assignments and projects. For the cost I thought it would be allot easier to use & more functional....

It takes forever to figure out why it is not printing and is frustrating. It will print one time and the next acts like there is no connection even though nothing has changed.

I just don't understand, it can not connect to my son computer even thought he tried several times to install the driver. Scanner run very slow and not really working using feeder paper

They said the ATT Uverse router was interfering in WiFi. Finally it works and the ATT problem is being pushed up through HP tech for new solutions.
