Does not work with our chrome book as promised By the salesman. We have struggled with it ever since we bought it and the only solution offered was that we have a geek come out for a fee and try it. We went and bought another printer at Costco and are still trying to figure out what to do with this one since it’s been over a month since we purchased it. We would like to return it but we are afraid that you guys will not take it back.The chrome book actually paired with a much older printer but not with the one that you guys sold us. Let us know if we can bring it back we still have the receipt

This printer has been extremely frustrating to own for multiple reasons. Several times after a Windows update, it has refused to print in color until the software was updated (this has happened three times now). When the printer says it has about half of a cartridge left, the color (or black) starts fading. The interface in HP Smart does not do much as far as changing settings within the printer itself. The scanning and printing ability of this printer is much worse than the five year old HP unit we had that broke. From the first day we bought this unit, it has never been reliable or able to consistently print quality documents.

Good basic printer. Would not stay connected with airprint however.

The scanner on this printer was giving me problems and when I tried to call hp for help, I had to wait a long time before I decided to just hang up. My computer won’t tell me why I can’t use the scanner. But I won’t be buying HP products no more

It's a great printer... When it works. Really easy to set up but it stops working so quickly. We've had 2 of them and both times it's the same issue. The roller that pushes the paper through breaks

Don't waste your time if you do more than 10 copies . Step up to a better model that can hold more paper . Had trouble with printer saying it was paper jammed in which was never the case . I returned it and bought HP office jet pro 6978 .

I could not get printer to download onto my computer. It kept coming up with " searching for network". After awhile it kept saying "searching for printer". One time it was right in the middle of downloading, it started 'searching for printer'. Called HP & after 4 hours of taking over my computer, they couldn't even get the printer to work. Took the printer back. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Seems like other people had this same problem.

Do not buy this! I was looking for a new printer for nursing school. I got this one because it was affordable and had really good reviews. But I have had nothing but trouble with this darn thing since the day I got it. It is in an "error state" more often than not. I have spent far more time trying to fix the thing than I have actually printing. It is the absolute worst. I would have returned it but by thr time a remembered that was an option, it had been too late, so now I'm stuck with it :(
