The printer quality of the printer is great. I purchased it in Sept of 2019. My frustration has to do more with the functionality of the printer. It will not wake up when I want to print, touching the power button does not help. I literally have to unplug it and plug it back in to print. I have never had this issue out of all the printers that I have own. The replacing of the cartridges paid for was an issue, customer service did not help. Now when it prints it really nice. I'm looking to purchase another printer but really hesitant. This may not be someone else experience but it is mine.

I absolutely love this printer, it's small enough to fit on a slim desk and it's an easy set up (I am not tech savvy at all) . The printing quality is good and there is an option to do small monthly payments and receive ink when you need it. i would highly recommend.

True to its description all in one prints, copy, scans and fax , amazing , ink is ready always. No problem with printing from all my device and computer . The price paid is right not too expensive. My first wireless printer and very satisfied with its performance

Bought for a teen. It was easy to ser up and has worked well for the past month.

I really like this printer. It was easy to setup since the directions were on line on the printer which made it easy. it prints well from computer and phone. Ink is very affordable much different that earlier model of hp.

I am not tech savy at all. Still learning somethings! Easy enough setup. So far so good!! I dont have no use for fax at the moment ,so I dont have any info to share on that. Printing and scanning are perfect!! Printer has its own e-mail . Nice and easy.

We bought this printer to be a wireless network printer that were could generally print and occasionally print color photos. It works great for that and set up was very easy with every device. Windows mac or android.

This HP OfficeJet 3830 Printer it’s amazing even though it doesn’t bring a whole ton of the expensive features it’s a very great product it also supports HP instant ink which makes the printer feel free and print with out limits.

It has printed well so far. Some issues with connecting to my Toshiba computer.

This printer has worked out much nicer than my previous one. For the price you can’t beat the set up and use. Plus the quality of prints once you do the scan sheet is comparable to a higher end printer.

For the money, this is a great printer for a small office setting.

I purchased this wireless printer to connect to my work laptop at home. It was easy to install and I was able to quickly start using. Love that I can print from my phone too! I will definitely recommend.

It works fine especially for the price. I have nothing to say but good things about it. Easy to setup, and easy to use. The print quality is good. A good quality product at a very reasonable price.
