I guess you get what you pay for. The price was very cheap and it turned out to be a terrible printer. Very slow, sometimes non responsive and off line most of the time.

This printer only prints if you email to the printer. There isnt a direct connection. Pain in the rear if you are trying to print something that cant be emailed.

Will not stay connected to the WiFi even though it says it is. Useless as a wireless printer at this point. Will probably return.

I got 1 unit of this model, and found it defective. I got a replacement for it, and that is defective, too. It keeps printing "HP Network Configuration Page" (3 Sheets) before every print command, and has resulted in over fifty pages of useless printing. sometimes it just doesn't follow the print command given at all. I am returning this unit, too, and will not purchase HP anymore!

The printer prints fine. But I constantly have to keep trying to hook it up to my wifi. Also for some reason I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in to turn on sometimes.

Kept getting an error when trying to set up and didn’t descriptive paper tray.

This printer was badly needed since I work from home, but I had difficulty setting it up. I don't know if I'm having trouble with the internet, but I don't have problems with any other computer or component. It says that there are no drivers in my laptop for it, so I went and downloaded the drivers and it STILL does not recognize it. My daughter tried it with her laptop and the same thing happened. So basically I have a $100 paper weight. This thing is useless!

I don't like the fold out tray to collect your papers. It sticks out and is easily bumped. Also I /ve already had to buy ink and I have hardly used it.

It gets the job done, but it has the worst time connecting to the internet. Overall, not happy with the product.

It does everything as said, but the wireless wifi is not good because it keeps disconnecting from it and I constantly need to connect it again.

Problem I have with this printer is that it says it does 2-sided printing but you have to print one side, stand there and manually flip it over to get it to print the 2nd page. I have a much cheaper HP that doesn't require me to hold it's hand but flips the paper itself. Also, if you plan on doing a lot of printing at once it does not hold very much paper. Wish I had not bought it. I paid 99 dollars at the time of purchase. Way too much for the lack of functions.

Horrible! I have only printed 10 pages within the last year and it has not worked since. Trying to print about 10 more pages and it won’t connect to my WiFi! I’ve talked and tested my router with my provider for over a hour and it still won’t connect! Everything else is running smoothly on my WiFi except this printer! It holds a connections for about 5 seconds then disconnects... (I even moved it right next to my router) NOTHING WORKS! I wish I wouldn’t have bought this and not to mention the $5 bill for “renting their ink cartridge” :(

I've had it for maybe a month the most and I'm already encountering issues. It keeps jamming, it doesn't complete printing, it constantly disconnects as well. Not satisfied.

I really loved this new printer, but one month after the year warranty the page feeder crapped out and I can print. Not happy!!!

I had finished the ink in my old printer before opening this one so although I've had it since November, I didn't start using it until January. It has been the worst printer that I have ever owned. It constantly says "intervention needed" or the paper gets jammed constantly. The only time it will print is if I send a document to the printer and then try to do printer troubleshooting. Then it will print. Worst Printer EVER. Don't waste your money!

This printer never worked properly from day one. I have to continuously unplug it and plug it back in to get it to print. The wireless connection is hit and miss.

Very basic printer. Does not print front and back, long complicated process if you're looking to copy front and back. But it does what it's supposed to do.

I would not recommend this printer. Excel worksheets do not print correctly. You have to manually re-insert paper for front and back printing for documents.

I purchased this print just a month ago and I use it not quite often.... then something goes wrong without any reason. The printer CANNOT PICK UP PAPERS!!! Yes!!! The printer cannot print. I checked out some YouTube videos and tried to fix it. DOESN’T WORK AT ALL. 95% of people who recommend this print??? Are you guys serious??

I thought it was the best deal. I was stunned when after few use, the paper always jammed.
