Absolutely the worst printer I've ever owned. Wouldn't keep connected with the computers, printing quality was poor and finally it kept saying there was a paper jam - there was not a paper jam anywhere and I took it apart and put it back together. Still said paper jam. Avoid at all costs.

This printer does not pair well wirelessly with my MacBook. I've had to research how to get my documents to print and so far have found a workaround. However, it means that every time I print a document, I have to unplug the printer and plug it back in before it picks up the print request. If you have a MacBook, I suggest you look at other options.

First one broke completely in a couple weeks, second one is actually worse, multi page documents will simply not print without an error and you wind up using triple the paper and ink waiting for it to retry to print the document correctly. Regular paper jams or it just quits printing mid document for no reason. We dread having to print something! Going to the curb

Printer is not worth the money. I bought it to print from my phone doesn't connect to my Wyfi.

Went to erskine street only had the floor model asked the guy where does the paper go? I was buying it for my mom who has a roll top desk. He lifted one side of the black top and said it goes here I ordered it online only to find out that the paper is loaded in the back standing up which will not fit in the desk I had to return the printer and the ink. Did not like the paper feeder of this printer. Returned it for one that can store larger amount of paper

The plug is constantly falling out the back of the printer. I've owned it for a short period and the ink is always low. We barely use it, so we are not sure how this can be. The ink it came with printed 3 pages. We bought 2 more hp ink cartridges and that didn't last us a month. We do light printing! Don't waste your time or money on this junk.

It worked ok the first month or so(use it very sparingly,, maybe once a month) Something fatally flawed with this printer. Sometimes won't turn on or off. Difficulty connecting to computer and/or WiFi. It wants to reset everything including passwords every time it is used. Cannot get it to scan. Worst printer I have ever owned.

It only connects online when it want to. None of my other product have had this trouble.

This printer is horrible! We had to troubleshoot with tech for 2 hours right out of the box. Then it worked for a little while before it totally stopped working again. Now, we have to export everything as a pdf or it won't print. I wish I would never have bought this piece of junk. Such a hastle. How hard is it to make a working printer in the year 2020?!

Purchased and returned the same day due to slow, difficulty setting up and touch screen not intuitive.

No on line manual or guidance; product is not intuitive re controls or operations ..very disappointing

I was specifically looking for an all-in-one printer with a flatbed & that could do double sided copies. This printer doesn't have a paper tray and requires you to flip the paper after it prints on one side and insert it again to print on the back. Returned immediately to get a different printer.

Like all inkjets, disposable printer with low lasting ink and easily clogged printer heads.

The worst printer I've every owned. It doesn't print in color. I've worked through the trouble shooting and it worked for one document then stopped printing in color again. I do not recommend buying this printer as it is not worth the time trying to fix it every time you want to print.

I purchased this printer as mine was on its last leg. the hp rep recommended it. it is not like my bold one the paper loads from the back and you cannot put much in because it jams and when you get faxes the printer says memory full and the hp tec support doesn't even know how to fix it took 1 hour and 40 min to fix it not good not happy not good for my usage

Receive the box with dirty Band-Aids And really never tried the product itself. So don’t judge the product on this review, but getting a box with Band-Aids that were used stuck on the box is pretty disgusting. Where are the Band-Aids were located makes it look like it was either from Best Buy or the manufacture and not the carrier.

The printer would connect to the wifi in order to get set up and then it would drop out and not be visible on the network. Ended up returning the printer.
