I’m currently experiencing paper jams, I’m not able to fix it myself. I’m disappointed with this purchase. My old printer was way better than this current printer. Please save your money!!!

Problems all the time trying to get it back up and running. Will never buy an HP printer again and this is my 5th one. Loved the rest of them, but this is a total disappointment. 2 late for a return, very upset.

Printer always says out of paper when there is paper — When you ask for help, customer service tells you to try different brands of paper until it works. The printer doesn’t print nicely either— the words are cut off horizontally even after aligning the printer constantly

Finally located one at Bestbuy and drove about 70 miles round trip to get it. Don't know what all the negative reviews are about. Unpacking the printer took more time than the setup did. My computer doesn't have a disk drive so i used a USB cable from an older printer for initial setup. My computer with Windows 10 recognized the printer and installed it immediately. Removed USB cable and it printed wireless. Followed instructions and set up fax and did fax test and test passed. Had a slight problem with entering letters/numbers during setup but figured it out in no time. I also installed the printer to my laptop with Windows 7 using the installation disk. I haven't actually sent/received a fax but I'm confident it will work fine. To anyone having problems I would suggest following instructions or have someone install the printer for you!

Printer only worked from the hp app on my phone and ipad. I had to restore the device 3 times until i decided to take it back and exchange for another. No number to call hp.

When I received it the ink cartridges were installed, the stickers removed and trash inside the box. Oh- and IT DOES NOT WORK.
