It's always done a good job for me. And ever broke still have it to this day. Except to eat does get more expensive yet I will say it probably costs more than the printer if you buy XL.

I read some reviews that this is very hard to set up. For me it was very easy. Took me about 15 min(could have been faster if I decided to go on youtube right away) Just go on youtube & there are ppl there that show u how to set it up. I got this for my 12 yr old daughter for school. She rarely needs to print but it did a great job when she used it. I'm happy with this purchase

Being in College it is the best thing a student can get not only do I have instant ink but I can print from where ever there is wifi with all my mobile devices or laptop and is crazy what its capable and easy to setup and install better than Epson or any other models of HP and other brands I've encountered. They out did themselves with this one and shout out to Best Buy for having it in stock and special.

Purchased this to replace an aging HP all in one printer. Set up was very simple and straight forward. I was able to connect to my computer via usb and all other devices wireless. Being able to primt from my iphone nd ipad is a real bonus. For the money you just cant beat this printer. It does everything the expensive ones do. The HP instant ink program looks to be too good to be true.

I bought this in 2018 and it still works just fine.

This printer is awesome and easy to set-up/use. Instructions are easy to understand and I had it up and running in about 15 minutes I believe. Print quality is good although I haven't tested printing pictures yet.

This printer does not print 2 sided automatically. You have to print the odd pages first and then reload the printed pages with the print on the backside of the page, into the paper feeder and print the even pages. My old HP printer did this automatically. No where did it state that this printer did or did not print 2 sided automatically. This is why I gave it only 4 stars.

Works well for a low cost printer, should have bought 2.

Setup was a breeze with this printer! It works great off of our Chromebook and also off of our iPhones. Excellent print quality for what it is and very easy to set-up.

When I purchased this printer, I did not realize that all the colors were contained in a single cartridge. This is how colors used to be handled until consumer demand required them to do each color in it's own cartridge. I immediately returned the printer. I have no idea how good or bad this printer is, I didn't even set it up. I have no desire to own a printer that requires me to purchase the color cartridge when any of the colors is depleted. Just be aware that this is what you'll be getting. This might not be a deal breaker for you but it certainly is for me.

My last 2 printers were Canon printers and Canon printers take a few minutes to boot up and to start printing from idle but HP is much faster and this printer was cheaper than the other HPs and I like the touch screen

Set up was easy, I haven't used every feature but it printed text very good. I was told that when you set up the instant ink account that they will ship cartridges and when you receive and start using them the instant ink plan will begin. That was incorrect. The cartridges that come with the printer are instant ink cartridges and when you install them and print anything it counts towards your monthly instant ink plan immediately. It pays to be clear about the instant ink program before buying because the sales people at Best Buy don't provide accurate information at least at this one they didn't. I traded in a printer for 15% towards this printer and the customer service person at Best Buy told me that this printer did not qualify because I had to purchase an HP inkjet printer and this was an Officejet. I explained to her that inkjet is a category not a printer model and that this is an inkjet printer. I said we can get a manager over here if you want and she said I am a manager. She tried the transaction and it accepted it which I knew it would. I also bought the 2 year replacement plan for $4.99. I hope I have better luck with this one, it has good reviews and PC Mag had good things to say about it in their review. My previous printer required head cleaning all the time and would not print in black and white only so it was time for a new one.. While this one does not have all the bells and whistles, it does everything I need. I don't print a lot so it should last a long time.

This is printer for home and small business give you all access to print long jobs without he worry about changing inks after . The Only inconvenience is the Double size print that is manual can sometimes the papers go stuck. Other wise It is very Easy to configure on wifi and internet.

The title says it all. This is just a great buy. This is coming from someone who has had this printer for over 4 months. No issues. It has a great app that works along with it, but works well without it. This printer is for the people who don’t need to print often, but when they do, the printer needs to work properly. This is that printer.

Good basic printer & fax for the price. Easy to use & set up.

So I just got this and I know that I read phone cord included. However I never received it in the box along with the CD. Would kindly like to get my money’s worth of items please. Other than that the print isn’t bad it’s neat and I like the software features. Just want my phone cord.

Ok, ink replacement required after several pages of print. Paper feeder causes jams

The printer was easy to setup, and its overall performance is excellent! I also signed up for the automatic ink replacement program will give it a couple of months to actually experience how it all works.

This wireless 4 in 1 (fax, copier, scanner and printer) device work very well. I had some installation problems, but HP online support helped a lot.
