Trying to figure out why scan won't work, as it did at first. Help in India didn't correct it. Also had difficulty understanding what he was saying. Bring this service to the USA please. Tried to sell me a life time warranty???? So why couldn't he fix it?

Looking for a replacement for my Lexmark expense all n 1, research several brands. After careful researching & reviewing the HP Officejet 3830, all n 1, i rest my mind & purchase this printer. The price i paid for this printer was excellent. Same as my high price Lexmark, but with less headaches. This is a quality printer at a cheaper price. Turns out, this may be the printer i have been needing. Thanks HP.

Purchased for my 70 year old mother. Set up was easy with the instructions given and it works great. Nice value at a reasonable price. HP is the way to go.

Great all in one printer at an affordable price. Easy setup and connectivity to all Bluetooth devices. Print speed is good for the price point and the ink spread is clean.

I've had this printer ever since my previous one (also from hp) decided to not want to connect to the internet anymore. But this one is actually much better usability wise. The touchscreen makes navigating and changing menus so much better than buttons and the print speed is good. The only problem I've had with it was for a day it wouldn't take paper from the try and would jam every time. I did a thurough cleaning and got dust out, ever since it's worked just how it was before

Would 10/10 recommend this printer to any college student out there, it’s easy to set up and it’s small enough to fit in a dorm.

This printer was very easy to set up! It guides you right through the set up and use is a snap. Highly recommended for the price!

Bought this for my parents to replace a 6 year old printer they had. It works great and was easy for them to learn how to use. They use it all the time. I highly recommend it especially for those who are not technically inclined as it does not have a steep learning curve.

I was a bit concerned that there was no USB port on the printer, but that turned out to not be a factor. The set up was easy and the print quality is excellent.

This printer works great for wireless jobs and easy to setup and also you get free ink and it automatically send you more ink when you’re low...great buy

I've always purchased HP's printers and I was looking for printer with the option to fax. I purchased the OJ3830, it prints great but when I used the fax option, it faxed 7 pages and then stopped, I tried it three times and it just would not fax more than 7. My phone line had no problems. So, if you are faxing more than 7 pages you may have a problem, but other than that it's a decent printer

The printer prints great...The free ink is a plus. The printer has a cheap plastic feeling, but the price is right and fits my needs for the home.

Quick install and easy to set up. Able to print wirelessly from my laptop in another room. Good for kids "online" learning.

Picked this up on tax free weekend was on sale for $38.99 and no tax! Was pretty quick and easy to set up. Prints good. Very nice for the price!
