The only disappointment in this printer is the fax.

This has been a very serviceable printer and copier for home use. The wireless capability is very helpful. What I'm most pleased about is the technical service and customer support I got from HP just last night. The copy function was acting up. It was taking an interminable amount of time to print each sheet. Though a little difficult to get to the tech support team, once there I was given very methodical, thorough instructions on how to reset the machine. Once done, the copy function was restored, and I had a happy wife who was trying to complete some volunteer work underline deadline and needed that copier to be back up and running. After HP's help, it was.

This printer copies, scans, faxes, prints double sided. I absolutely love it. I have always been partial to hp but this one has done so much that I will continue to purchase hp for everything.

I got this printer for 30.00 dollars during a special. What ca you say, it does it all. For the price you cant find cheaper or better. BB is great for these promotions. It pays to watch the adds.

I bought this HP Officejet All in One printer to replace my older, worn out printer and it gets the job done. The setup was easy and print quality is great on documents and photos.

This was a gift from my son. I am usually afraid to try new things, but this product was as easy as pie to operate and set up. Great product. And the ink plan is an added bonus! Thank you HP!

The camera is easy to use and the pictures are great..It is a little larger then the last 2 I had but much easier to operate and the off button is located where it is not accidentally push when taking a picture.

This printer is exactly what I was looking for. It prints really fast, which is the reason I was looking for a new printer. The wi-fi connect is very convenient and its worked perfectly so far!

Works good & the price is great. This printer is more for general home printing needs & not for someone who heavily uses a printer (college students, small business owners...etc.).

This is the first touch screen printer I've owned. I love the way the gadget that holds your printed work automatically pop out when you start your first print. And, it's not a noisy printer!

It is a fine printer, very reliable and cost effective for what we use it for. Wife uses it weekly in her in home business. When our college kids come home tje use it too.

The printer is a great deal for the money the initial setup was a task I had to contact HP support and have them hook up to my laptop remotely to get it to link to my router but once they did it has worked great

I purchased this for my son to take to college and it works great and is compact enough that it doesn't take up much space in the dorm but still does all of the functions needed for college.

I had a brand new printer that was too complicated. I explained that to the young lady who helped me and she chose the perfect printer! Easy enough for anyone and you can't beat the price!

Setting up the printer for wireless access was easy and quick. Print quality is excellent, and I purchased the renewable print cartridge program which should ensure I'm never out of ink.

I bought this printer when I made my computer purchase. It is compact and sleek. This printer does everything you would need. Copies, scans, faxes, easy on ink. The easy on ink is great.

Bought this printer for a friend on Christmas packing was great was a bit cautious on mail order. Setup was simple and very easy. Operates great is however a little thirsty for ink but all in all happy

I don't print allot so this is perfect. Prints fast and only 2 cartridges needed. My printer before had 6 ! It also has the option to print photos but I haven't tried that yet. Good buy.
