Instructions could be much better

The instructions are very inadequate and misleading. They need very much to have someone analyze their instructions that does not have any prior experience. I almost gave up and even after calling HP customer service AND the GEEK SQUAD, I could not get it to connect to the computer. I finally got it connected by ignoring some of their guidance. Now it works fine. An excellent machine in every way!
