I was beyond impressed with the functionality built into this printer. The print-out tray tucks away when not in use and automatically extends with a new print job. This device was very easy to set up for my computer, and I love that I can also print from my phone via the mobile app. The ability of this printer to detect when my ink is low and automatically send me a new cartridge BEFORE I run out of ink was hard to resist. I have subscribed to the service based on a light usage rate of $2.99 a month and that seems to be working so far. To date, I have only used the print and copy functions and have had no issues with either.

I love this wireless printer it is perfect for a home office. It prints very well and I love that I can print from my phone with the app. Serves all my needs and reasonably priced.

Would recommend it for ease of use and print quality

Seems to be a great printer, copier, scanner, fax for the money. It's almost cheaper to by a new cheap printer these days with the cost of ink LOL. Of course it went on sale for $10 less just outside of my return period and Best Buy wouldn't do anything to price match so I'm a little unhappy about that.

My old printer died and I had to buy a new one. My daughter has this printer and recommend it highly. I absolutely love this printer. Easy to use, fast, quiet.

easy to setup and quickly connected to home network

I brought this to replace my old HP printer which all of a sudden my computer no longer recognized. so far as been overall happy. I would have rated at 4.5 stars but it would only let me do 4 or 5 and I thought it was closer to excellent been good. Pros: Prints pages fast Good clean pages printed Scans nicely Was easy to set up. Cons: It is large (much larger than my prior HP PSC printer, but at least it still fits on my table) My HP laptop alarms frequently that it can no longer find the scanner when the printer is in sleep mode Scans did not go to my "my scan" folder and I have to locate them and move them over.

HP is my favorite company for computers & printers. They have always served me well. Last a long time with no repair problems. They also backup their products if there is a problem. Easy to operate and great quality printing.

I'm not a techie so was apprehensive about setting up a wireless printer, but the directions make it fairly easy. The 'window' with the directions could be larger with print larger to make it easier to read. In entering fax numbers it's easy to get it wrong if one has larger than tiny fingers.

Size is a little bigger than I wanted but price was great. Like the wireless capability and easy to set up. Print seems a little thick so may use more ink. But use mainly for copying or scanning

I bought this to replace my older HP printer that I've had for around 5 years. I love the wirelss printing capability and able to use with every laptop, desktop, and wireless device in the house. Very easy to set up, and use. Print quality is good, but less than you get on laser type printers. Perfect printer for casual printing on plain paper. Prints nice photo's on HP photo paper. DOWNSIDE: I feel that I need to be careful loading the ink and paper because the construction does not seem very durable. (the first one I brought home was broken before I installed it, but Best Buy was great in replacing it without hesitation). I would recommend to anyone wanting a low cost printer.

The HP office jet wireless printer is a great size and is very easy to set up. The price was great! HP is a high quality product that is dependable. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the user friendly format. I'm a little disappointed with the seemingly slow compatibility with my Dell desktop, it sometimes takes 2 to 5 minutes to scan and print. I've had both Dell and HP try to solve it without success. Fortunately I'm usually not in a hurry.

Overall it does what it's suppose to. I've had some issues connecting it to my computer since the main way to is over a wifi network and it runs out of ink kind of fast. But other than that it is nice. It also has built in puzzles like sudoku and word searches that you can print out.

Not much to say but it prints and scans very well as a printer should but this style and brand at this price is great.No issues at all. Easy set up and easier management.

This is an easy-to-use inkjet printer with print quality that is typical for HP printers. Set up was simple and straightforward and problem-free. It's relatively fast, and thus far seems to be a little more frugal with ink compared to our previous printer. I especially like the document feeder, which works very well. One downside - like a lot of HP printers, the printer goes offline for reasons that I don't understand. This doesn't happen with other brands I've worked with. The workaround is relatively simple - uninstall and reinstall the printer. But a pain nonetheless. At least HP does a better job of letting you control all of their bloatware.

I do not have a laptop/desktop so I was looking for a printer that could print wirelessly from my phone/tablet. This printer is perfect for that and additionally is very simple to set up.

I haven't tried the printer for anything fancy. The setting are a bit irritating. All I wanted to do was print in color but I had to change paper quality to do so. Took me a while to figure that out. Doesn't immediately print. Says, "Spooling" a lot. Whatever that means. Prints fine

I love it! Files scan perfectly, I'm already made like hundreds of copies, I print nonstop for school, and I can email the printer from anywhere to print my documents and it's awesome!! All I have to use now is the fax but I bet that's great too!
