Quick Change Over

Troubleshooting was useless so replacement was in order. I had previous owned this printer and was comfortable going back to it. My laptop recognized it flawlessly and sped through the installation. Wonderful!!

Solid mid-level All-In-One Printer

Geek Squad tech. did a good job in doing his job to the best of his ability. Appears the problem is the router. It seems it is not powerful enough to drive the wireless on a constant basis. Keeps dropping the signal after one day of use.

Great when it works

If you always turn the printer off when you are done then this is the one for you. My big concern is when you leave it turned on and alow it to enter sleep mode, more often than not it will stay asleep...then you need to power cycle

It is, after all, a small printer, perfect for small businesses and home use. It prints at a moderate speed and eats a lot of ink as do all small printers .You can not expect more from a printer in this price range. To those who are not pleased - you have to pay more to get more.

It is very convenient as it has 2 ways to scan and an led screen where you control the printer and change wifi networks as you need to.. only thing is when using the top scanner it has a line or 2 down the page. Not sure why, have already tried realigning, but still the same!

Easy to Use and a Great price

Very compact and great quality printing. Price point is nice. I have not printed with it enough to see how long the ink last but hopefully I will get some mileage out of the cartridges.
