I have had many printers. This is my second Print, Scan, Copy Fax. I did not expect to have trouble with installation and I didn't. I did have trouble with some of the features, but eventually figured them out. The pamphlet was useless.

This is a good printer that came in conjunction with my child's laptop. Both were taken to college. I started the set up and my child went to complete it. Five hours later, several calls to me & help from both a roommate & the resident IT person - no one could get the wireless to work. Ended up needing to buy a printer cable which, once set up, worked beautifully. HP - why advertise a wireless printer if your HF people cannot design it to work? Update - I also talked to a coworker who was in the same situation with an HP printer. Same result.

Needed a printer of a friend that has no home wifi or network needed a copier a d printer the could print direct from the phone this was it was on sale and when I check it out in the best buy too urt was even cheaper

I have had this printer for 3 months now and so far so good. It was easy to set up and does what it says. no issues

Good pricing. The young man that helped with this purchase was very helpful. He had my order done in record time. Sorry to say I did not get his name but your records should show that. Hope to deal with him on my next visit.

Was not looking for a printer when I bought a new computer, but at only $30 more when bundled with my new computer it was a great deal. When I actually used it, I was very happy with the quality of the color prints

my wireless printer combo is new to me. I've never used a wireless tech product before. I managed to set it up with relative ease and is enjoying using it. I have sometimes encountered connection problems when I download and try to print.

The only negative is that HP does not provide a driver for older Mac OS. My older iMac will not work with this printer and its software cannot be updated (power pc rather than Intel processor). ePrint works well with my iPhone and MacPro.

My old all-in-one died one night and I needed a printer fast. This was on sale at less than $100 and a good brand so I went with it. Great choice, wi-fi was easy to setup as was the printer itself.

This printer works well, though the it seems to print rather slow. Granted, the print speed was accurately described in the item description. Therefore, not really a complaint, but I might buy a printer with a faster speed in hindsight.

Purchased this printer to use at home mainly for printing off materials for homeschooling. Has more features than needed but best deal for the price. Love this printer and the instant ink subscription.

I was looking for a printer that would take ink cartridges that won't waste right away. This purchase seemed to be the best decision because it prints alot of pages. It also does all the functions that an expensive printer would do.

I set this up for my mom different than mine and hers is still working great. When I put the HP app on my iPad then tried to print (after configuration) it would not print. I have not tried to troubleshoot this issue yet.

Works as advertised with no interferes from other Wi-Fi components in my house. Signal strength also worked from my laundry room that's over 30 feet away from my lap top location area use too.

I was leary at first on the document feeder, but it works great. A bit slow, but that's ok. I love the arm that automatically extends when printing to hold the paper. I'm very pleased with this printer.

It's a great product. HP comes with a ink cartridge replacement monthly plan. You can choose how many pages to print and pay accordingly. They will send you ink cartridge when it's low.

I needed a color printer that does a great job printing envelopes. I bought this one because it specifically mentioned envelopes. Glad I read the reviews! This meets my needs and a lot more.

The printer works great when connected to my computer via usb, but my computer fails to recognize the printer via my home network. Wireless printing is not necessary for my printing needs, so it is not that big of a deal for me.

got a great deal.. But it doesn't listen to me or do what I want it to do easily.. for an example scanning. almost painful and I have to keep finding it in my devices when I want to print.. right now its in time out
