Bought this printer after finding out about the ink program that you can buy with it. Used it a couple times and works great. Also got my refill cartridges without me having to order them.

Has difficulty accepting a print job to any device thru Wi-Fi even if device has already used printer previously. You have to jump through many hoops to connect. I think I’m going to have to hardwire to fix issues.

It's good for pretty much anything like copying and printing things but I don't know if its good for fax because when I has trying to fax something it wasn't sent so if you just want for faxing I wouldn't recommend it

He was so helpful about the printers also. He recommended the one I purchased due to its diverse uses and I didn't need it to be so fast. Super young man who helped me. Wish I could remember his name.

Printer works great. It sounds "tinny" when printing - so I'm hoping it will be better than it sounds. I have nothing to complain about it, but next time I would consider spending a little more.

Got a good deal on the printer by bundling it with a new computer. Once I figured out how to use it I like it. It has a touch screen and I like the ink cartridges being 1 combo cartridge for 3 colors and 1 cartridge for black.

After years of disappointing Dell printers, we went for the Hp. Great family printer and great customer service from Best Buy choosing the right ink plan for us. Great price too!

Found this printer on sale in the store while there picking up an online order. A fantastic price. This printer was easy to set up and I love the Bluetooth feature. Even handles legal size paper.

So I know that 20 years ago is basically the dark ages, but based on the price, the cost of ink, and the durability and skill of the product, this has been my FAVORITE PRINTER I'VE EVER OWNED!

I needed to replace my outdated printer. This one came with a big discount when I purchased a new laptop. It is very versatile and so far seems to be a good product. I have only had it about a month.

This is a great entry level printer, especially for the cost. You do need to be aware though that you will need to replace ink, which can be a bit of a pain. It works great overall though and I would recommend it.

Use this for every day printing at work. It will go through ink pretty fast with the settings I need it on. Prob no more than any other ink jet, but perfect for home use

Works like expected so far. The only thing we noticed is when we scan and print something it has a bit of black boarder, like it scans too much area. Maybe that's a setting, not sure.

So the printer is great, on the smaller size, so the paper tray doesnt hold that much a paper, but for someone who need a smaller printer it works. It does everything a bigger printer does. What isn't that great is the ink prices, you have one black ink and an all-in-one-color ink. I like printers that have separate colored ink, so that when only one color is low you can change that specific one and cut on cost.

Nice printer for light use, had to buy a new one since the old model had problems connecting to Wifi, I am hoping this one lasts. So far so good, cartridge is economic and can print with just the black cartridge.

Wasn't for sure about which printer to get, but decided on this one. Needed/wanted wifi capable printer, color for pictures, and one that had individual ink cartridges. This printer has that and does a great job!
