It does exactly what it’s supposed to do — print. I appreciate the air printing capabilities no wires needed although I did find a document of my neighbors on my private network printer?

In the short time I have had this printer, I am very satisfied with it. I haven't had the opportunity to use all the features, that is something I am looking forward to.

Printer came along with a HP laptop at a reduced price. Bought two laptops and two printers. I have one printer at home and daughter took one to college. HP is a good quality product.

Amazed at photo printing. To test the printer I sent a photo directly from my phone. It printed edge to edge with no white boarder. Photo quality was exceptional as well.

This printer I bought it with the only purpose to print pictures from my phone and it gets the job done but the best part is that it does much more like faxing, copies and scans..

Got this for my parents to replace their old printer. They are not the most computer savvy, but after I set it up I have not heard from them with questions. That's 5 stars in my book.

Have had it for a couple months and it is working just fine. Set up took about 30 minutes to connect it. Instructions could be better, but I got it done. Otherwise, not a bad machine.

It prints well when it prints. Has issues connecting to my laptop at times but still working over 2 years later.

Great Printer for Price! I love the feature of wireless printing but the menu is very hard to navigate and options for different paper sizes are not available

Bought this to print from my iPad it iPhone. Recommended by sales rep. The AirPrint feature is easy to use. And using the fax feature.

Doesnt have the fast draft option. You have to set it up every single time you wsnt yo print something. Drains ink fast

We did our homework before we made our purchase. The ink Deal won us over and the printer trade in discount sweetened the deal. Had it few weeks now and it's great.

My printer is the very best for me. It is very easy to understand and to use it. The people at Best Buy were very helpful , showing me several printers that would fit my needs.

Only thing is that if you subscribe to ink by mail you can't use ink if expired subscription I have to turn off printer to get it to print wireless and turn back on after I submit docs to print

I am a student and I needed a printer that I can use ocassionaly at home. This printer works great so far however I dont like the small catridge. It is running low so quick after tens pages of printing

has been a very good printer. no trouble so far this is the first air-print printer that I have owned all printers I have owned have been hp I will stay with hp because they seem to be trouble free

This printer/scanner/copier/fax was easy to set up as a wireless device. It does double-sided printing of good quality. it was of good value for the money I paid for it.

I got this through a deal when i purchased an HP laptop. It is a great printer but it was hard to set up. Had to download a new drive before it would stay connected to internet

Nice printer. Had issue connecting to internet via HP app, but was able to connect from touch screen on the printer itself. Scanner and ADF works very well.

This is my second wireless printer that I purchased from best buy and by far it is the best printer at the best price one could invest in. I highly recommend this product
