This printer works as expected. It’s a little slower than I thought and I am still having difficulty printing 2-sides even after making sure all of the settings are correct.

This printer has some unexpected features such as an automatic paper output holder. The messages are clear as well as the printing. For small printing jobs, it is perfect and convenient.

It was a great offer, I bought HP computer and this printer with good discount. Overall this printer is good, lot of different functions and pretty fast printing

This product is great except I have had problems with the scanner staying connected to the computer when I don’t use it for a while. Other then that it had been great!

always a best buy from best buy. order and answer the door, it got here that quickly not even plug and play. turn it on and it finds the signal.

After my hp envy broke and returning the recent one i bought to replace the envy because of connectivity issues this printer so far has been working great.

Best Buy is one of my favorite places to shop. They usually have what I am looking for and the price match makes them competitive. Highly recommended.

Replaced the original that came with laptop but died at 14 month just past warranty.Bought 2 yr warranty and hope not to need it.Still a solid copier.

I have been using it for over two months now and won't hesistate to say this is probably the best printer for your money. And the HP ink program is really good.

This printer was not expensive at all but it is a good printer for what we need at home. We haven't had it very long but so far I have no complaints.

This would be the best printer you can get under $100. It does the job perfectly but make sure you sign up for the HP Instant Ink as it consumes ink real fast!

I have had this a month, now, and it has been perfect for my needs. I use the Printer and scanner, primarily.I had no problem installing it myself.

I work in the printing industry and have dealt with many products. This multi function printer I have to say was a very easy install and works as it should.

I have been using computers and installing devices since 1984, and I would rate this printer in the top 5% of those that have installation and usage issues. I can't begin to relate ALL the problems I've had, but here are a few, and even this will be long. First, I am installing this using wireless direct, I do not have it connected by a USB cable. When I attempted installing it on my laptop (2017 HP Spectre, Windows 10), HP Support Assistant identified it as the wrong HP Printer. This caused several issues, including downloading the wrong software (some of which is still on my computer!). After two hours I finally got it to identify it as the correct printer and got it printing. For a test page I printed an Adobe generated file containing drawings and text, which I opened in Word 2016. It worked. Then I did some updates, etc., and that file would no longer print. I was able to print a Word File. That burned up day one (6 hours). The next day I installed it on my HP Envy desktop (Windows 8.1). The setup went a little more smoothly, HP Support Assistant at least identified the correct printer on the first try. But I had some of the same issues as day one (not mentioned above), including the setup process hanging up, having to begin all over, losing the network connection, etc. I finally got it to print. That burned up four hours. I turned off the printer. Day three I used the copy function, without turning on the computers, it worked fine. Day 4 I needed to print a pdf document on my desktop. When I tried to change the printer properties (I did not want to use the defaults) I got a protection fault error, and the print window froze up. I had the same experience on my laptop. I had to use taskmaster to shut down Adobe Reader on both computers but cause it was unresponsive. I also had the same experience trying to print an MS Word doc, on both computers, except it Word didn't freeze up. I since discovered that if I don't try to access the properties, documents will print with the default. This is something new, when I originally installed it I had access to the properties in the Print File window so I could change from draft, black and white, etc. Ok, I figured I would go into devices and printers on Windows Control Panel, and guess what? When I click "Set Preferences" I get the same Protection Fault error. Now I have to spend hours looking up the problem online, or getting tech support to fix it. I am unhappy that this device is wasting so much of my time. I am happy that I still have my 1998 Printer that works.

Does the job I need it to do perfectly for the price. Color jobs can be a bit slow but that’s usually how it always goes. For document printing I’m more than satisfied!

I've needed a printer since 2010! Needless to say, this one has been excellent to use. The wireless connection is awesome, haven't had an issue at all!

I absolutely love my new printer, the fact that the printer itself orders my ink for me when it's ink levels get low help me out sooo much. Less worry for me!

I purchased this printer on black Friday. So far, am pretty happy with it. Scans good copies nice. Only thing i have not tried yet are pictures. We shall see

Great printer. Actually not an ink hog either. Great prints and super easy to use. Size helps out in compact work areas and easy to move if needed
