I purchased this because I can use only black ink even other color are out. That's good point for me. Printing speed is not so fast. I don't care for that.

I'd give a 4.5 - it seems slow! Have just now replaced the original ink cartridge (one w/pkg) - it is used everyday , but not more than 1-2 sheets at a time

Good printer but goes through ink quickly. If you print mainly black and white it is really good color goes fast.

So far I like the machine. My only problem is I constantly have to switch the internet back to my home wireless from the printer wireless.

Works great for simple tasks. Only takes two ink cartridges which is less expensive. Look for it to go on sale at times which makes it even better.

This printer is great for everything we have needed it for. It was simple to install, simple to use, and we are very pleased with the product.

Great for you printing necessities. Ink cartridges seem kind of small though. Wireless features is a hassle to hook up but once it's done it's great

I needed a new printer that was easy to use and didn't take up a lot of space.This printer is perfect and prints some very nice photos as well.

I've always liked HP printers. I had my previous printer for 4yrs. Ran that thing into the ground. So I had to purchase a new one. I hope it last as long.

lady was sooo helpful. she gaves us detail info on every computer. definitely will come back to see her and make another purchase if necessary.

I have been enjoying this printer. I like that it makes copies. It doesn't seem to go through ink too fast. I have the ink cartridges in that came with it.

Prints what needs printing, and has no wireless connection problems. I love that the paper tray automatically pops out to catch print outs.

This printer works well most of the time. My only problem is that it loses wireless connection frequently and you have to disable wireless and then re-enable it to print.

I needed this since I was moving and my old was wasn't working. It prints decent but for the price could be better. The ink for these printers are expensive tho

HP help desk was friendly fast and efficient. I needed assistance with drivers for a Imac with no CD. It was a very good experience with the set up.

It's a good printer but gets jammed when I print on thicker sticker paper. Kind of a bummer but it has great wifi capabilities and I enjoy using it for other things

great printer for home/office use. didn't need the fax, but no problem with it being built into the machine. connects well to my sony computer.

Good product for price. Only wish it had a storage area for fax numbers commonly used

Works well as an airprint printer. Haven't used the fax function but like the duplex printing. Good for home use - prob too slow for office use.
