Bought this for my son for Christmas gift. HP printers are as reliable & inexpensive as any other printers. The printers do not last as long as they use to. They build them as cheap as they possibly can, so you will buy their printer and use their ink. It is the ink prices that are unreasonable. The manufactures sure know how to market their products. Suck you in with low price printers, then feed you with their expensive ink.

Recently replaced a HP all-in-one inkjet printer with this updated model. It works very well. I had it out of the box and set up on all of the devices in my home in less than 30 minutes.

This is truly a great printer that does almost everything you could want a home printer to do. Easy to install, easy to use and wonderful quality. The only problem some might find with it is that it is somewhat larger than some HP models due to its feed area above the scanner, but it's a good feature for copying long manuscripts easily. Recommended highly!

Here is the short version, I needed a new travel printer that scanned and copied and printer in a reasonable amount of time and hp has it together.

So far I am really loving the ease of using this printer. /the printing is a tad slow, but in my case (personal use) it doesn't really matter. I would recommend!

needed a new printer with my new computer, got this one at a deal, and yes, very impressed, especially with the no wireing attached. My wife and i can print on this and located it in a downstairs closet. So far it takes care of itself and the online maintenance and the automatic ink replacement works great. Recommend this to anyone. Oh, and it prints remarkably fast and detailed prints

I got my printer on time and It took me about 20 minutes to set-up. I loved the HP instant ink program. Overall, I would recommend this printer.

I have always been loyal to HP printers because they are great products and don't disappoint. I had wanted an all in one printer, scanner,copier and fax for a while and at the price best buy was offering, I decided to get it. Easy set up and easy to use. I also recommend HP insta ink program for anyone who does a fair share of printing because at the price of ink, it is a great savings!

I've only had this printer a week and so far I love it! Of course, I wish it would print faster/more pages per minute, but it was a no-brainer for the great price. Also, it prints faster than I expected, which is still a bonus. I love the feature of being able to print from anywhere outside my house by just emailing it to my printer's email address! Great quality, very easy set up.

The printer/scanner works well, good quality, but the set up was a bit more complicated than necessary on my laptop. It was very easy to start printing, however, from my cell phone.

This is an excellent, reliable, printer, which prints with very high quality. When purchased on sale, it is very inexpensive, and in fact, when it runs out of ink, it may be more economical to purchase a the same model, on sale, than a replacement ink cartridge. In other words, beat HP at their own game. Avoid purchasing the expensive ink cartridge, and use the one that is provided with the printer

This printer is good for the price, though it seems to run through ink rather quickly.

Awesome print for the money. Ive had it 3 weeks and havent had any problems. Ive used wireless connections the whole time. Would buy again!!!!

This was a very easy set up. I was up and running within 20 min. The speed of the printer is, in my opinion, very fast. I had an old HP Office Jet that was very slow so this printer is very quick in comparison. I am very happy with it. I also think the Ink Program is wonderful. No more running out of ink just before my college age daughter's paper is due!

Easy setup, prints and copies well, great price for a home printer

HP makes another great 4 in 1 printer. Easy setup, wireless and great quality.

Ease of operation. Quick printing. Compact size. Very clear print.

So far so good. It has been working smoothly. No glitches. Very satisfied with this product. A bit pricey for me but worth it. :)

I liked allll the advertised features. I liked the small footprint. I liked it's aesthetically pleasing looks. I even went for the okey doke on the ink! Imagine my horror when it wouldn't continue to print wirelessly without me turning it off and back on and having the 'system config' pages (3 of them!) print each time! Finally after 2 chats, numerous 'HP Doctor' fixes, 3 techs, HP switching my wi-fi channel to the 'worst one' for my system, and more reviews and the blog! (Pheww) I was ready to turn it back in and start my research again. I got up one morning and said no, this can't be that difficult to fix and decided to give HP another go! Boy was I glad! I got the best TECH ever. Professional, understanding, empathetic, informative about steps he was taking and KNEW WHAT TO DO! Well...looong story short....'My printer's working...My printer's working!! Just what I wanted. And the tech was soooo good, the next day he called, put me in touch with the ink people to let them know of the problem and all the 'extra' pages printed. Now that was going the extra mile! I made sure I spoke to his supervisor to let him know about his fantastic employee. 4* because it isn't 'perfect'! But still a very good deal - features and price. Paper tray only holds 100 sheets. Love the gizmo that swings out to catch the printed sheets, wished it could swing back in! Haven't tried any of the other features so far, but will be soon. Print quality so far looks very good but the color stays wet a little too long. Have to be careful not to touch too soon.
