ink cartridges were dry for this open box printer.

INSTALLATION WAS EASY. NO PROBLEMS. AHS..PQD.ALLM

Great match with HP laptop or any brand of computer.

Not as fast as my old printer which also was a HP.

Perfect printer for the casual family use.........

Will not automatically stay linked to my network. Always have to shut it down and restart it before it will print. Just a pain .

Printer is exceptable but I cannot get the wireless feature to work. Printer is connected to my network but when I try to print I get a message saying printer is not responding. Try to contact HP but got sent to there website which was no help

Slow and the printer is not compatible with computer for whatever reason. Returned it, thinking it was defective. Nope. The second one did the same, and HP set up on printers is easy usually. HP printers work great usually..but not this one.

Once installed, scanningto files is quick and easy

We bought this to replace a larger printer that took up more space than we wanted considering how little printing we do. This one has a smaller footprint and does the job for the minimal printing we do in this nearly all digital age.

No did not do anything wrong and "must have got a bad one." Too bad it's a beautifully engineered interface screen (yes I'm a cpu geek). But a piece of crapola none the less. Back to Brothers. (I decided to give HP one more try....)

There is nothing great with this printer but it doesn't come with a direct connection cable for a printer and laptop but it's cheap and feels like it was not built to flimsy so it will last a school year equivalence of work before problems occur

We have a great modem. Internet is good, everything else we have works great... except for this item. Tried several things to get it to connect better to no avail, best bet for it to work use the wires :(

Some flimsy piece of plastic broke on my first version of this printer and it would have cost more to fix than the machine was worth. Thought if I bought the exact same model (now I discovered is on close-out as the model is being discontinued!), I could easily replug and print away. Have had the new machine over a month and been through the "EZ Setup" process (HA!) three times and STILL can't get it to basically PRINT from my computer! (Forget trying to activate the three other "services" the machine is supposed to provide!) Am trying ONCE MORE and, if no success, this HEWLETT PACKARD is going straight to the trash!

Can not scan to my computer plus there is no place for me to put a thumb drive. I also do not like the fact that all the ink is in one cartridge. Meaning if I run out of a color the entire ink cartridge has to be replaced.

I like it's wireless feature. Even though it did say it brought an USB cable, which it did not bring. The colors are way off from what you choose on your PC. Weird!

This HP printer was purchased for a client. It was on sale, and HP printers typically work or don't work, right out of the box. Does a decent job printing pictures, and as long as it is aligned, text is clear and crisp.
