I didn't notice it couldn't print on 4x6 Photo Paper. My Bad. Real nice otherwise. Absolutely LOVED the HP replacement Ink Plan. Made sure I got it on the next one.

did not realize that size, font etc would have to use my finger to scroll down, difficult to control how fast the scroll is and to stop it when needed. also product information book not a big help

It prints wonderful the only complaint I have is it's very frustrating trying to scan documents. It wont respond to the commands.

Because we had a HP wireless printer before this one, it was very difficult to get our new printer's wireless working properly. When trying to run the HP auto install for our new pri ter, it kept saying that it 'already existed' because we had an HP printer setup already. thought at first this was great, and we could just skip the step, but if you didn't run newer version, your new printer is unable to be found wirelessly. Super frustrating. Ended up calling Geek Squad. Couldn't resolve over phone. Sent someone out, who had to have someone ELSE come and help resolve.

Doesn't print as fast as my last printer. Starts printing and then stops halfway thru and sits for almost 5 minutes before continuing to print. It's an okay printer if you don't mind the wait.

sales person recomended the wrong the wrong printer would not do what i wanted... returned and bought model 5660 so far so good on this one

This was difficult to set up and get online. I could email docs to print but in order to just be able to print, I had to load and unload several times. Great once it loaded correctly.

The reason why I said it's ok is because we had trouble a few times connecting it with our MacBooks. My wife tried printing 20 pages and only got like 7. Had to try again like twice.

I would recommend this for a cheap starter printer. Catch it on deal of the day and it is even a better deal. Only drawback is that it won't take legal paper.

My first printer had hardware issues and the printer would not pick up paper. Kept giving out of error message. However HP is very supportive and the new printer is great

It was a little difficult to set up. I finally had to call customer service. They were great! Helped me resolve a couple of issues and voila! Printer is printing.

Worked okay for about 7 months. Then it had a driver issue where it would only print in black and white. This was caused by the updated driver epson pushed to our computer. The issue is known and on the epson forums, but they want to charge you to talk to them about it. After implementing an extremely complex workaround, it worked again for a few weeks. Then it just started printing everything faded. Tried to fix it, I give up.

Bought this printer for work, and I have to say that it's.. alright. There ARE better printers than this one for roughly the same price, but as it stands, this one's decent.

3 weeks after installation I got an error message saying my scanner was broken. HP was notified and I received a brand new printer within 3 days. No problems since then.

The machine works okay, but when it goes to sleep I must turn it off and on for it to wirelessly work with my MacBook Air. Also, the document feeder design is clumsy.

Easy to hook up and connect. Rather slow to print and scan but could have been our wireless network. Works well for occasional print and scan jobs for the price.

We were so impressed by the demo we got we decided to buy it but regretted it after attempting to install and work with this printer. It took hours to try to install and activate this. Their server apparently didn’t work so we installed the software using the enclosed CD but that didn’t work well because as we found out the printer didn’t print in color from the internet or from files on the computer. It could scan in color and make copies in color but not print in color. When we attempted to talk to their support it was another disaster. To add to the frustration, when the printer had to do updates it attempted it 5 times and 4 out of those 5 times failed even though the printer was connected to the internet all the time. After wasting too much time on this and much frustration we gave up on HP and decided not to look at their products again.

Printer it is really quite nice, albeit it will not win any speed contests. It is kind of average in printing speed and downright slow when printing photos.

Having a very hard time setting up printer and have experienced people who know how too work on fax ,printer and copy machines having a difficult time setting it up

I actually had to call HP support to help set everything up and it took a few hours but they were very helpful and fixed everything for me!
