I've had this printer less than a year. Spent over an hour on the phone with HP today trying to get this printer working and they could not fix it.

got a deal for this printer after purchasing a laptop. easy to set up --time will tell if it lasts even a year. print quality is really just basic.

I have had some problems getting this set up to fax and scan. Non-tecchies like me need just a bit simpler instructions. It's still pretty good.

Bought this item used it 3 times and it broke. Took it into best buy and they said it was past their 15 day period and they couldn't replace it. I had it for a little over 20 days. Luckily I bought the replacement warranty, only problem is they say that they have to try and fix it before they replace it. I was told it will take a month to fix it.

No one said that it might not work with my computer since it was 5 years old. Had to upgrade the computer at cost to use the printer

This printer is ok for what it supposed to do but nothing special . It takes for ever to connect with your devices and is kinda slow.

This printer is sleek in design, but is loaded with problems. I have spent at least 12hrs with geek squad setting this printer up on my home network. Only to have to turn it on and off every time I want to print something. Beginning to thimk they were giving them away cheap just to dump them

having little problems every time I need to print. Don't know what exactly is. Sometimes I can print wireless and sometimes I cant.

Not great for pictures, its pretty bulky but it does the job if you just want to do regular everyday printing.

The printer works great, but the copy and scanner functions stopped working within the first year of purchase.

This printer works well and does the job. Only thing is that the color ink finishes really quick. Doesn't give too many copies.

Holds about 20 sheets of paper. Blows through ink. Print quality isn’t bad when it’s not running out of ink.

This is great for couponers but not if you need it for other items .Does not scan to email. Does not offer multi page scan .

Didn't have much luck with the wireless setup. Only worked about 50% of the time. Went to hard wire settings. Much better

We followed all the instructions and it started off working fin but now it goes off line and can't be used ALL THE TIME!

Installation took hours, fixed finally after calling customer service. Cannot connect to phone. Printing is average.

If you are the kind of person that needs your kids to fix the Internet. Make sure they are home when you go to set this up.

Looks nice. Unfortunately I cannot get the printer to print from the computer which is the primary use intended and wanted.

My old 4 series printer was faster. This printer is a real hassle to use in the wireless mode. The price was right though.

Still havnt been able to get this printer to connect after it has gone to sleep. Junk!
