When I took it back to Best Buy in Norwalk they did not stand behind their products and said I had to have bought a best buy warrantee and they would not honor this product return even though it is only 7 months old well within the one year warranty period for a printer. Best buy is just as bad as HP for not honoring their products that they talked me into buying. Drawer open and close door broke because its cheap plastic. Best buy would not even see if they could help me they just said no and were very rude in the Norwalk store. I would not recommend this printer or Best Buy the guy at the counter was downright rude and he helped three people who were not ahead of me because he would not get a manager to help me.
